I frequent this location. Never had an issue. Today I went after a long day of work. The had technical issues which I didn’t have an issue with due to it being out of their control. My issue came when 6 people who ordered after me got their food before me and all I ordered was hot and ready Pepperoni pizza. I got in the store at 5:15 pm, wasn’t able to place my order until 5:26 pm and didn’t get my food until 6:00 pm. The manager asked why I was still there and the staff stated “no one made her order ” so I had to wait even longer. When I finally got my food cooked it was placed on the counter with no apology for the inconvenience, no thank you for your patience cause I was VERY patient.. no here’s some free bread sticks for our mistake. NOTHING. Food just carelessly given to me as though I was inconveniencing them. If you want good customer service choose another location. You won’t get it here.

I ordered online pickup, even showed up after the supposed pick up time and my order wasnt ready. No apology, just snippet attitude. 5 people standing around, maybe one person actually working. Place is always dirty looking when we come. After making me wait they then tell me they have no record.of my order even though I have an email receipts with their location on it. When I asked to cancel it then they asked me to stand to side while they took other customers orders. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS SERVICE. Dont bother coming here, you’ll just leave hungry.

I would not recommend this place. I called and order a cheese pizza and walked in to get and seen this lady with really long nails making a pizza and she had no GLOVES on. This is not good at all. You have to have gloves on when you are touching someones food.

The little girl Manager, was very very rude. Slammed boxes on top of my pizza ,that ended up being smooshed it. She’s has no smile just attitude. When I said you can apologize for being rude to customers she said no! I asked for a lunch box and she rudely stated they don’t do those even though they are posted all over their window outside and indoors also.

I’ve ordered pizza from this location over the years and today was the worst ever. Pizzas were burnt and dry like they’ve been sitting there awhile when I ordered online expecting better quality and them being more fresh. Buyer beware! It appears from reviews that others have had similar experiences and the Franchise has done nothing to correct. I’ve tried calling several times to complain but no one answers. A-shame on poor customer service and never again will I order from this place. This is what’s going in the trash after we couldn’t stomach the rest of the other pieces.

By far this is the worst location I had visit. The staff is always angry and have not a single clue how to do customer service. No its not the first time I have shop at these location and thats is exactly why im leaving this review. I was giving the benefit of a the doubt think pasa times the just had a rough day but the attitude towards customers is always the same. So something happening from within… is it the owner don’t provide well deserved work conditions or they are not doing a good job hiring people… but its a shame that people get treated like this.

I ordered ahead on the app and specifically put 3pm as I was going to be busy earlier. I received a notification on my phone saying the order was being made at 12. When I arrived there at 3 like the time I specified, I went to scan in my code and it was invalid. I waited while the cashier was cursing and just throwing stuff all over the place. When she finally took my order I asked about my order that was supposed to be made at 3. She then tells me that my order was made 3 hours ago and then I told her that I specifically asked for it to be made at 3 and so she threw a fit and gave me a pizza order and crazy bread. Very unprofessional and will not be returning to this one again.
