This was the first time I ever ordered from them. I only ordered because I wanted a pretzel crust pizza and they send a normal crust pizza. The pizzas are also extremely small. Also the use a delivery service instead of hiring drivers and charge an additional service fee on top.

I was here 2 days ago and it looks like the place was a mess. My food was supposed to be ready by 7:20 and it took until 8:00. Here I am waiting in my car and I walk in to find out they never made my food at all. They claimed they didn’t have the dough for it. They should have known that prior before I made the trip. I was very disappointed and won’t be going back. I had to demand for a refund. Wont be going to this location again. It’s sad because the food usually tastes great. They need new management here. Coworkers act like children.

Tonight 8/2 for my son bday I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni with sausage, a pepperoni with sticx n bacon cheese pizza, a regular pepperoni, and 2 garlic dipping sauce. I only received 2 out of the three pizza and crazy bread which I DID NOT order. The stix pizza was stuffed and not the STUFFED crust nor did the stuffed crust have sausages. To top it off all the pizza was cold. Can’t called them cause now they are closed. I will be calling them first thing in the morning. They are careless. WOW!

Just visited this location around 10:15pm on 1/28/2022 and received great customer service from two young ladies working the cash register. They assisted me in choosing from there selections and offered me fresh out the oven pizza (Thanks to the pizza chef as well). I was treated kindly and with respect.

What a joke of a company, you advertise you have the pretzel pie hot and ready between 4-8pm, run commercials have it advertised on your windows and then dont carry it. The attitude of the employees is beyond unprofessional.

Ugh. I was a walk in and ordered a Pretzel pepperoni pizza. It took them 20 minutes to make this pizza and once I got it I wished I didn’t the dam thing wasn’t eatable. The cheese was like hard and I mean hard plastic. This pizza was over cooked. Oh yeah I just Love the maskless smiles coming from the kitchen area.. 🙁
