Ordered two sides of bread sticks, they weren’t even half cooked,looked like they threw some melted butter over some fresh dough and called it a day. The pizza we ordered was fairly baked,still raw on top side. Not impressed for spending 30 bucks. Never again

I have TMobile and now there is deals with little Caesars every single week thru TMobile Tuesdays! I order here frequently and only recently had an issue. The website was down and there was an online only sale going on, when I called the store they were unhelpful, and I ended up ordering pizza hut. I tried emailing customer service for little Caesars, but got no response.

Me and my best buddy and his kids are huge Batman fans and we were so excited to eat this pizza that looked like a bat and we open this monstrosity and it really upset my co worker to the point that he obliterated his window like something out of a super hero movie this 8 dollar disgrace costed him 250$ and custody of his kids

I would give customer service a 0. This is not the first time, but it will be the last, were my family and I come in to order pizza and take out. Hence, there is nowhere to sit and eat. If you encounter the female who gives customers nasty attitudes, allows various customers to skip the line, due to favoritism or simply pure ignorance. After you interfere and say ” Excuse me, I was next “, immediately proceeds to storm out to the back, ignoring your presence as if you do not exist, returns with a attitude, to have our family wait and let another person go infront of us AGAIN, continues to ignore you, and at that moment, you realize, your never going back to a place with such TERRIBLE SERVICE. Some people truly deserve to be FIRED and learn some manners in the process.

It’s very straight forward. Order either in person or via the app on your phone and when you get there you get you order. No special greeting when you get here it’s just a hello and what can I get you kind of greeting you will get. Haven’t had an issue with my order so far but due to the treatment and me not seeing them cleaning after someone comes up to the coh tee is why o unfortunately had to give them 3 almost 4 stars. Certainly some areas of improvement.
