Ordered through the app. Showed up in the estimated window and was ready. They informed me they hadn’t received my order so I said no problem, please cancel it. They told me to cancel in the app. No way to cancel on the app. 10 minutes later the app told me they finished my order. I tried calling but no one picked up the phone and an automated machine told me they weren’t taking phone orders. Basically stole my money instead of just accepting they made a mistake.

This was the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had in my life. It was greasy and had no flavor at all. The crust was doughy and undercooked but the toppings were burnt. That’s special but definitely not in a good way. I even tried to give a piece to my dog and she walked away. Trash. Save your money because it isn’t worth it.

EVERYONE UNPROFESSIONAL INCLUDING THE MANAGER! The manager had beats headphones in and refused to take them out for my order. Then when I did order I was told it was a two pizza maximum for the simple fact they ran out of pizza and didn’t feel like making any! Can you say lazy!!!!!!!! Every single staff had headphones in with no menu available as well. Every single question that was asked they had an attitude answering. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE OFFICE! It’s clear nobody values their job especially the manager who yelled to the front to stop allowing people to order more than 2 at a time.

It is no point in making a long review. I put in a complaint over 2 wks ago I heard nothing back. Each of these little caesars are private owned. So the company clearly does not care about horrible service. Why would the owner care? Management not only is rude immature and completely unprofessional the store is understaffed not clean and run by people who clearly can say and do as they please. What is worse is they don’t care. Why would you be comfortable presenting yourself in such an immature low level manner as a manager? I won’t even go into the store in Delaware. We will not be going to any little caesars ever again and i will make sure to tell everyone I know to do the same. No that won’t hurt you guys. Not enough people to care. That is not the point. We could blast you all on social media with the videos. No need. I don’t expect change when management is allowed and satisfied being this way. I refuse to deal with negativity or toxic behavior and since that is what this company supports and employees we will just remove ourselves from the situation. Great job at doing nothing. Which is sad in itself.
