Little Caesars uses DoorDash for deliveries and currently there is no way if a driver or the store forgets a customer item for them to go back to get it. The only thing you can do is wait on hold 15+ minutes to be told you’ll get a refund in 7-10 business days. That’s what happened to me. DoorDash or the store forgot part of my order and now I am left with half an order and a partial refund in the distant future. Will not order from any Little Caesars again. If you want Little Caesars, it’s best to pick up, not get delivery.

I visited on 10/17/22 the young gentleman (Kyree Holt) was the only employee working and even though he did not have any help he remained calm and his customer service was impeccable. He patiently took the customers orders and promptly made the food without excessive wait time. He did all this with a smile on his face and a pleasant disposition. I hope the company recognize Kyree he definitely deserves it

I live very close to this location and it is not good at all. It is run by teenagers with no customer service skills. I’ve done DoorDash deliveries and waited for 30+ minutes with other customers simply because the staff was being lazy and letting one person do everything. I’m never greeted when entering. Tonight I tried to order online to avoid the long wait and the website refused to take any card I put in, so I went to the store all to find to young me doing absolutely nothing who happily told me they were only taking online orders.. I told them my story and they shrugged at me. DoorDash delivery fee to go to my house that is less than 3min away was 6.99 there’s no way I’m paying that much for a $9 pizza.
