Staff needs to work on speed, productivity and overall availability of product. Came in 3/29/21 at 4:15 and it took the young man 15 minutes to take my order even though the store was not busy at all. No hot and ready pizzas were available and the overall time from start to finish to make one hot and ready pepperoni was 30 minutes. Just imagine the CHOAS here if the place was busy. The atmosphere today just felt like the staff didn’t want to do anything

Ordered on the app, said it would take 40 minutes. It was 6:20 on a Thursday. Ok, I’ll wait. Got to the store at the latest estimated time and still had to wait 25 minutes. Then on top of that, they didn’t give me the crazy bread sauce with my crazy combo. The 2 liter I ordered with the combo wasn’t cold, she had to get it from the back. There were 3 other people who were there before me waiting.
