The pizza is always hot and ready as they say, but it is not the best choice every day of the week. One day, you may go, and the pizza is 8/10. The next, it could be a 5/10. The lack of consistency is enough for me to not get this pizza often. There is almost never a line, especially if you order ahead on the app.The location also does not do this establishment justice. Great place for a quick bite to eat or when in a hurry.

I ordered pretzel pizza and crazy bread combo. Charged me for each when they have a deal with those things for a few $ cheaper. Didn’t give me the marinara sauce with the crazy bread either. I paid for it. Cashier did give my daughter some free cookies. I thought that was nice and that’s the reason I didn’t call and complain.

My husband went there today 7/20. He placed his order and paid. After waiting for 40 mins he asked about his food and was told they order was never put in to be cooked. They had music blaring so loud they had to keep asking him to repeat himself. The man was wiping his sweat off his face with his hands and proceeded to take orders. Horrible experience, new management is needed IMMEDIATELY!!

Horrible experience. This place is falsely advertised as Hot-N-Ready. That slogan should be changed to “make everybody wait”. The establishment had over 10 people waiting around for a pizza. 30 minutes later and my one pepperoni pizza finally was ready. Biggest mistake of my life. I should’ve bought a premade pizza and the it on the oven at home. They even had a delivery driver waiting around when his order had been completed long before my order.

!! Bad customer service !! I waited patiently until I couldn’t. I proceeded to ask if anyone was going to ring me up for an order, all I got, was an attitude and a not at all friendly stare down by woman cashier. I was completely disregarded, and my unusually long wait time. The cashier then proceeded to take my order, “as if, I was the problem” “as if it was too hard to just ask me what I wanted to order” I know both of the cashiers/prep both had seen me as they both had been looking at me with a side eye… she then took my payment and did not say anything, about sorry for my wait nor did the other man who was running the register, as there was plenty of opportunity to do so, ever came to take my order till I acknowledged myself in both where laughing just behind the hot ready box as I was right there listening in disbelief? Why be so rude to a paying customer…? I get it it work is not favorable but it still a job why loose it for something that literally anyone can do and replace you … it’s not rocket science. I was patiently waiting for a long time with a no attitude demeanor literally just being patient till I could not stay silent. and still got horrible service. In the picture to show I only ordered 2 stuffed cheesy bread The time of order was March 27,2022 01:01 pm although the cashier name was Reginald it was a woman who rang me up. Reginald at least listen to my concerns as I was handed my order after asking possibly how long does it usually take to order this item…but it was too late to turn this experience around for me … they both need more training on customer service and how to manage a working environment just overall this place needs and could do better given better training

We asked for well done pizza & they gave us a couple of barely cooked greasy messes that were COMPLETELY INEDIBLE. We ended up asking for a refund because we were so Disgusted. Never again.

I’m sad they closed the dual hwy location but decided to stop out and get a pie. They were busy with mobile orders and I had to wait a out 20 minutes. Not a big deal, Fridays are busy. The manager was very nice and friendly.
