Pizza has always been good here. They usually have coupons somewhere too, like in Valpak. I do like using their pizza portal, which makes pickup quick & easy. I’ve also always been met with friendly staff at this location.

About 2 years ago the service here was not bad and the product was decent. Recently it has taken a bad turn. Simple orders take way too long to complete and the food is terrible. I was told 10 minutes for my stuffed crazy bread. What they meant, apparently, was it would be 10 minutes from the time their employee returned from break. We had no idea this was the case until 20 minutes passed and a lady wanders in from out back, scrolling her phone and showing other employees something funny. She then grabs a pan and proceeds to make the bread and put it in the oven. She only washed her hands (from break and using her phone) AFTER making our bread! Just gross. The quality control is a mess. Each crazy bread piece was so different in size that some got crunchy and looked like pencils, while others stayed raw. ALL of it dripped in grease. If you look at the picture you can see they can’t even seem to cut a pizza correctly. Its almost comical. Someone needs to come in and retrain EVERYONE.

The food is consistent for little Caesars. However, the crazy sauces have been more and more inconsistent and erring on underfilled, and today was the worst yet. Three crazy sauces, three different fill levels, none of them actually full. One was 2/3rds to 3/4ths empty. See photos. It’s getting to the point where I might not bother ordering from this location in the future.

I’m so sick of this location. It was really good 2ish years ago. Then the staff just degraded, and the service went out the window. They’ve recently revived the pizza so that it’s actually tasty again (it was mealy and dry for over a year) which is the only reason I’m giving a second star to them. Went in today after a long day and just wanting something quick and cheap for dinner. I asked the staff about the sauces I ordered online because they weren’t with my order. The guy just looks at me….and never speaks. I asked again a little louder and he just keeps staring at me with a blank look on his face. So I just reached over the counter and started grabbing my own sauces, and then he just silently watched me leave. It was such a bizarre experience. The price may be decent, but I am so tired of the people who work here. If I hear they’ve hired an all new staff, maybe I’ll be back. I’ll gladly pay a little more for Padrino’s down the street from now on because it’s better anyway and the people there are so nice and friendly every time.

Can’t ever get anything right. No matter how many times I order through the app and request my pizzas a certain way, they still get it wrong. Every. Single. Time. How hard is it to make a few pizzas without sauce? I have to agree with one of the other reviews though, this place used to be REALLY good! Staff cared and were friendly and never had any issues. Now? Just drive down the street to Domino’s or Papa John’s. Today is my last order here.

Orders always consistently seem to take 5 minutes longer than quoted, despite the restaurant being empty every time I come by. The pizzas are rarely cut all the way through, and the topping distribution is very inconsistent.
