2nd time I did a pizza order delivered, and pick up. And they have messed up the order. Ordered two pretzel stuffed crust 1 with cheese sauce. Got one regular stuffed with red sauce and then a regular hot and ready with red sauce and they didn’t bring sauces. Kids were hungry so they we ate. Future orders I’m triple checking. Attempted to call the store several times no answer.

Firstly. There is no air conditioning for the staff or the patrons, and it hasn’t been summer according to the cashier. Secondly, I came in right before 930 but was advised I could not place an order for anything other than what was already made. I agreed, went outside to wait. When I came back in side, another patron was able to order a custom deep dish pizza. Apparently, she knew the manager. After questioning how she was able, I asked for the associates name. She didn’t give me a name she just said she would get the manager. The manager never came. I was able to place a custom order after inquiring about how the other patron was able to order. I waited 20 additional minutes for my order and a manager never came out to speak to me. I asked for the associates name and she said her name was “Sam” and the manager was “Carl” he was there but never came out to greet me. Horrible service. Horrible experience.. will never return.

Attempted calling store multiple times, no answer after three attempts. Then on the fourth attempt, phone is picked up and then hung up. Ordered a Deep Dish Pizza and it was still raw. Only good thing about the experience was the cashier who was extremely friendly.

This is the only little Ceasars that never has any pizza ready stopped there 3 times this month and asked to wait. You are supposed to be able to walk in SD get a pepperoni pizza any time. NOT AT THIS LOCATION I guess!!

The young man at the register is the only thing saving this from being a 1 star. This pizza is completely unacceptable. Barely any cheese, hardly any sauce and a mile of crust. Very disappointed. Prices go up and quality goes down.

Hot N Ready is not a option at this facility. On several occasions I’ve been to this location and it is always a LONG wait. A few weeks ago was told it would be 10 minutes, 45 minutes-hour later we can get a pepperoni pizza. Same thing yesterday went in for a simple order 1 pepperoni, 1 cheese, and bread sticks. They had no pepperoni ready was told it would be a 45 minute wait. So I settled for their only 2 cheese pizzas and breadsticks. I was thinking good luck to the next customer because they had literally no pizzas ready. In my opinion the lack of service and production is a direct reflection of management. This has been happening for months at this location. Either there is no manager working to ensure production and other standards are met or they are significantly under staffed. I would give the benefit of doubt and surely hope it’s not being tolerated and allowed to operate in this manner. I hope things change so customer can get what is advertised.

The pizza is great. The service, not so great. Busy Saturday, was told 7-8 minutes, as everyone was told, turned into 30 min. Had to prompt the cashier to check my order. Pair of teenage or young adult cashiers also talked bad about customers after they left. Not good character for the store. Check your customer service.
