Went by today to grab a quick bite. Was given a beeper and asked to drive around and wait. It took longer than I expected, so I went in before I was beeped. The lady was very nice and doing the best she could. They were short staffed and busy, but everyone I saw was hustling and doing their best. When I got my order it was hot and tasty, just what I was looking for. Great job and keep up the good work. Your efforts are appreciated!

Who ever does the hiring here needs to be replaced. This used to be a really good spot but it is ridiculously bad in recent times. Almost all the workers are high at work and nodding off, and giving other customers a attitude. The hours also state they work until 10pm weekdays but when I called in at 8:00 the worker answered the phone and as I was about to place a order he said they only work until 7:00. They really need to get rid of every single person currently working there and get a completely new staff. That is if the owner wants this location to be profitable and making good business. Or this is a opportunity for someone else to franchise a Little Caesars here in town and have a organized good business. This used to be such a good establishment, it’s a shame that they let it go to such lows…

I’ve never seen a Little Caesar’s with a drive thru. You just drive up make an order and that’s hand it through the window (like any other drive thru – it’s just different seeing at a pizza establishment). So interesting and cool.

Ordered a pizza for pick up online, it said it’d be ready between 2:36- 2:41. Arrived at 2:43 to be given a beeper and told it still wasn’t ready. By 2:50 still had not heard anything went in the store and was told it still wasn’t ready, at 3 the pizza was finally given to me only to have no crust on half the pizza and no cheese on 2 slices. Asked for the manager who was just rude and saying how she was training someone who kept screwing up, was not offered any type of compensation only asked if I’d like to wait for another one, having Ordered at 2:20 originally I asked for a refund instead and had the pizza removed from my hands before I could get a picture she quickly gave to one of her cashiers to take to the back. Awful experience all around, she refused to give me corporates number and or speak to her boss, whom she went to speak with and then was told she’d been told to call the police if I did not leave. Awful experience all around. Worst customer service based on the manager, the cashiers were the only ones who were apologetic and polite, that manager had to be the worst non customer oriented service industry person I’ve encountered.

Ordered a large pepperoni in the drive through at 8:03pm, was told it’d be a 5 minute wait. Pull around to the front of the store to wait. Was given a beeper, after about 20-25 mins I went in to ask how much longer. Took probably about 10 minutes for an employee to see that they had customers in the store. The young man completely ignored me as I was standing at the counter and helped the customer behind me and went to the back. Another few minutes and the manager came out to the front. I was able to ask and was told “it’s in the oven, sorry baby.” And she went to the back as well. I wanted a refund after the amount of time I had to wait and especially after discovering our pizza was RAW when we got home. A roundabout total of 45 mins waiting on a pizza that was RAW and money down the drain for an inedible pizza. Absolutely ridiculous, terrible customer service. Take your money elsewhere.

Damn. Ordered for delivery, Quoted 30 min wait, showed up in less than 15 minutes, flavor: amazing., marinara was chilled but thank God because otherwise I would’ve burnt my whole damn mouth. 10/10 would recommend. Keep it up y’all!

I ordered a Thin Supreme Pizza last Tuesday evening! They were so Busy! Car after Car. Many customers ordered on line which is the Smartest way to order. I paid for mine then drove around and sat for 15min until it done. A Very Handsome & So Nice African American Gentleman brought my pizza out to me. I asked for 3 Pepsi’s & he ran back in & got them. I had to Tip Him! GOOD Customer service is Hard to Find along with Delicious Pizza! Thank you so Very Much!
