The pizza looks old and dry. The presentation is horrible. The pizza was cold. Please do better and training is a must. Customer service is a must. Bread sticks were cold and old. The food was just all around unacceptable. Someone needs to contact me. I want my money back. I’m not calling the store cause my attitude isn’t pleasant at all because of this.

This has got to be the sorriest excuse for a restaurant. They never have anything hot and ready. They either let you order and then tell you unless you have exact cash they can’t give you the pizza because they have issues with a new computer system. Or, they tell you they will be with you in a minute and then let you sit for 10 minutes only to tell you they are closed for about an hour due to computer issues from a new computer and then tell others behind you in the drive thru to pull over and they will bring it out to them.

It seems service and the quality of the food is starting to lack. Went for chessy bread at 5 and there was a wait, didn’t want to wait so no cheese bread. Next night went at 820 and asked if any cheese bread was ready and was told it’s only by order after 8, well it wasn’t ready before 8 so that’s not true. Saturday night hubby decides to get family pizza… delivered by door dash… pizza was burnt (pepperoni)on top, stuffed crust looked like I needed to soak it in water before eating it. As much as I love ALL pizza this had to be the worst. Didn’t finish my stuff crust and majority of my cheese and pepperoni came off in a single piece when I tried to tear a piece of my pizza off so now I’m looking at crust and minimal sauce like what in this world is going on. Don’t know what is happening over there but I’m gonna need yall to get it together. For the price of food that I didn’t enjoy eating we might as well pay the extra and go to domino’s… oh how I miss pizza hut. This is my opinion and experience, your’s may be different so I’m not saying don’t eat there just this is just one in many visits and the service seems to not be as good as months or years ago.

Got wings and they are like hummingbird wings .. and the dough on pizza is raw .. I can get wings at food lion and frozen pizza and save my money.. no wonder the employees and management changes constantly .. close it down .. never be back again and I have corporates number and or next in line
