Wings were expensive & very, very small (tiny). Looked like they were left over from earlier in the day. Bread sticks were almost raw. Definitely needed to be cooked more. Not good at all.Thin crust round pizza should have been cut in slices – NOT like a checker board. Will be awhile IF we ever go back.

I’m really not understanding the purpose of the portal period I ordered 3 pizzas crazy bread with sauce period the 3 pieces was stuffed in a portal that clearly tells you cautious is hat then I had to stand in a line for over 5 minutes just to wait. For the breadsticks and sauce. My question is what’s the purpose of the portal. There isn’t one.

OMG this was the worst I have ever had to eat in my life and I am 68 years old. My friend and I ordered a vegetable pizza with extra mushrooms and roasted wings. We received a mushroom pizza. We also received buffalo wings. This was not what we ordered. And of course we did not know until we got home that was what we were dissatisfied with, the cheese and mushrooms tasted like cheese and mushrooms. Would’ve been nice to have what I ordered. The wings were gooey and buffalo instead of roasted and Jill was on them because I didn’t microwave them long enough and the grease was jailed. OMG this is the worst meal ever had in my life. I will never go back there again thank you so much for an entirely awful meal!

Every single time I try to place an order over the phone they don’t answer it. I have to physically go In first to place my order then wait. I seriously feel like they do it on purpose. The food is usually good though, service not so much.

There’s a pizza portal for a reason. After not getting another email/notification saying my order was ready (well after the estimated pick up time) I decide to ride up there and see if it’s in there and they just forgot. It wasn’t so I sat down and proceeded to wait 30 minutes before I finally get a person to come around front to ask if they have an order for me. They did, behind the counter this whole time, not in the pizza portal hence why I never received my notification of the order being ready. The pizza and stuff tasted like it had obviously been sitting up there a while. Use the pizza portal if you’re going to send customers emails directing them for pick up there and teach your employees to also (or at least basic communication skills to let people know they have orders behind the counter.) I was not the only person in the store looking for their pizza portal orders too that ended up being behind the counter so obviously this is a habit of theirs.

All i have to say is omg i went to lil ceasars on mechanicsville about 8:30pm and that crew made the best pizza i ever had I MEAN EVER. .I had the stuff crust pepperoni to be exact .Please keep up the good work because i really enjoyed that pizza tonight no cap.I will be back.Goodnight.i would of gave ten stars if i could.Customer service was also on point.Thumbs up crew.

My name is Keith I called the store 18 times I was laughed at n hung up on everything I have filled a complaint with the cooperate office this manager should be fired this is bad for business this will be known to every cooperate or owner in charge I wouldn’t go to this location this is wrong no one should experience this behavior I called at 810 20 times something needs to be done I’ll make sure of it

I’m not one to write reviews to complain; as it’s my normal habit to acknowledge great businesses and support them – but this place is consistently horrible. I also realize it’s likely few will read this because, we’ll, it’s Little Cesar’s and you get what you pay for. We placed an online order an hour in advance for pickup. I got there, had to stand up front several minutes before someone came from the back. I was then told it wasn’t ready because “they forgot.” No apology. So then I waited – while holding my other food from the Skrimo Shack next door, which is always excellent! I waited and waited and finally asked the manager if I could speak to him. I almost had to beg because he told me he was too busy. Then, after 25 minutes of waiting for an online order, I got a super nice free soda for my troubles and not a word of apology from the girl taking the orders who likely was the one to forget. Never going back and I’d advise others to do the same unless you want bad service for relatively bad pizza.
