Paid for two pizzas, when I arrived at the store I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes with no service. Went inside and waited for an additional 10 minutes with no service while watching the entire staff argue and yell. My pizza hadn’t even begun being made, and when someone finally came to the front, they canceled my order. I did not get a refund, so this will be my last time visiting this location.

So this is the 2nd time i have ordered from them on doordash and they screwed me over. The only cheese pizza u can get on app is the extra most best cheese pizza. I defintely got an old hot n ready cheese pizza, had to be hours old. Lazy and unacceptable.

Customer service was non-existent and staff is rude. I showed up 15+ mins after my online order was supposedly ready for pickup, portal code sent, etc. to be told it was just being put in and would be 8-10 mins. I asked why I got notification it was ready when it wasn’t started yet, and just got “well it’s gonna be 8 mins”. No answer to my question, a rude stare like I’m an inconvenience for asking, no apology for the notification being wrong or anything. I don’t even care it wasn’t ready if they’re busy, but don’t act like the customer is a problem and be rude because your system is wrong or you pushed the order to make your times look good.

I love this location. It’s cheap and quick as well as hot and ready! My only concern is sometimes the pizza will not be cooked entirely to perfection. If that turns you off then I suggest somewhere else, but for me, I start my laundry and get me some of that pizza pizza.
