For starters I never eat at Little Ceasars but decided to pick up Pizza and Crazy Bread on a whim. Even though I had to wait almost 45 minutes I wasn’t too disappointed. The Pizza smelled great and it still tasted fresh 2 days later. Hopefully I didn’t just catch them on a good night.

I stopped here for our dinner tonight. I ordered the thin crust with extra pepperoni and a crazy bread. I paid at 5:37pm it took close to 30 minutes or more to prepare the food (guessing) which would have been cool had the pizza not been burned. There was no soft cheese anywhere on the pizza that I waited for…I’ve tried to call three times, twice they have answered and hung up the third time they just didn’t answer. If zero stars was a option that’s what I would have chosen. Wasted time, wasted money after a long as day

Asked to get a lunch combo was told they don’t sell them after 2pm BUT 3 Different people came out with them. Everytime we go to the one on route 10 Richmond VA write next to wawa we order on the phone or in person Then we waited for 35 or 45 minutes. I’m really thinking about going to Dominos

This place could be so much better with just a bit of effort. Sometimes the pizza is perfect, I like the thin crust pepperoni, and sometimes it’s burnt-ish. Like overdone and that’s just not paying attention and not caring. Plain and simple. No personality here, like little pizza bots walking around and in no hurry to help you. Order ready times are never correct.

I am not sure what I was expecting as this place has sucked the last couple of times we have picked up for our kids (Birthday parties, Dinner, Etc). We pulled up thru the drive thru and waited for 15 mins with people walking by, 4 people standing at counter within clear view of drive thru and not one person acknowledged we were even in line. I ordered 3 pizzas that should have been ready (pepperoni pizza) but of course it wasn’t, so we were told to park and it would be brought to us. The young lady that took our order was nice but we were forgotten about in the parking lot. We definitely won’t be returning as the service overall sucks, prices aren’t any better than other places and there “Hot and Ready” is never ready.

Slow, slow, slow! This location seems to always be slow, but it was literally an hour for hot and ready pizzas, cheese bread, and crazy bread from the drive through. They had at least 7 people working, but weren’t really getting any food out for the people waiting. Rude manager. Very inconsistent with the pizza quality: some days you get the perfect crust, not too thin not too thick, like a Brooklyn style crust, the right amount of sauce to cheese to topping ratio; but most times, they mess up. We always order the 3-meat treat, and they barely put any bacon, crust is so thick it’s like eating bread or at times, not cooked through. Another thing that drives me crazy is when they make the pizza rim so large that the center that supposed to have the sauce, cheese and toppings is barely existent! The wait time is ridiculous, whether you order online in advance or not. Did I mention rude manager…?
