I haven’t purchased Little Caesars pizza in over a year, and I live close by. Thought I try it again, and surprisingly it was hot, cooked perfectly, tasty and delicious! I ordered on line prior to arrival, and pizza was ready and fresh tasting. The pepperoni was not as spicy as I remember it, but it was satisfying and crispy without being burnt. The cheese was plentiful, hot and gooey on a very thin and crunchy crust! Expeditor at the pick up window was friendly and efficient. In reading others reviews, I’ve noted that the reviews are either great or a total fail, with few in between. I’m glad I came on a good day!

Never going to this location again placed an online order and the building was closed. Not my problem your manager is working 12 hour shifts and was exhausted and abandoned their store. Fast forward to Monday and I’m still charged for an order I never received.

The pizzas were good, lots of toppings! The last two times I’ve placed my order on the app my pizzas were not ready when they said it would be. The last time the cashier was either stoned or had never been trained because he had no clue as to what was going on.

I don’t know what happened, but they somehow provided me with the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. This location has always been tasty and cheap, but tonight’s pizza was somehow the single most lukewarm, barely cooked, disgusting, unsliced pizza that I’ve seen in my entire life. The sauce tasted like it was fresh out of a can, and completely uncooked. The cheese was a solid slab of plastic. The bread was unflavored mush. The saving grace was the pepperoni, which was passable. I’ve had frozen knock off Totino’s pizzas better than this. Bring back the old recipe, it was delicious. bump up the price by a few bucks if you have to. Just please never serve this pizza again.

Ordered pizza through app last Friday. When I went to the store, there was nobody there and a sign on the door saying they were closed. I was charged for a pizza I never received. I’ve tried several times to call this week, but the phone is either busy or there is no answer. I’m going to have to go through my bank apparently to try and get my money back.

Worst experience of my life. I waited for over an hour for two pepperoni pizzas. I think next time I’ll be going to a different location for now on. Avoid this location unless you want poor customer service and have to wait over an hour.

Was looking forward to the limited time Pretzel Crust pizza, back after a two-year absence. Staff member was curt, pizza undercooked, and obviously little care was taken in the preparation. Not rush time, only two other customers waiting in parking lot for their orders, one other car came through the drive-through during my 20-minute wait. Not going back.

The pizza itself was good. But they did not have the pepperoni pizzas ready, and this was around lunch time or shortly after. So I had to wait for a hot and ready. The staff asked me to wait outside by my car, which I didn’t mind. But then they came out the side door and stood there smoking cigarettes and looking at me while we all waited for my pizza to cook. Made it kind of uncomfortable.
