Normally I like Little Caesars but my experience at this particular location was not so pleasant. I ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza. I noticed that a couple other customers had brought their pizzas back and when I got mine I noticed why. All the pizzas were coming out then almost as thin as the Thin Crust. When I spoke to the assistant manager I was informed that the dough that they have been using something was wrong with it and it was not Rising like it was supposed to. Knowing this they continued to sell pizzas and getting complaints. they were polite no one was rude and they did compensate me with the future pizza for free. But I think that either they should have sold these pizzas at a discount price knowing that the customer was not going to get what they wanted, and should have informed the customers when they were ordering that the dough was not Rising properly. I think that the managers should have handled this differently and properly worked out Solutions with their employees so that they would not have so many complaints.

I enjoy this place in theory, but the reality is a different story. Every time we have visited there’s been a 15 to 30 minute wait. The staff is often rude. Once we were told to sit in our car to wait 15 minutes for our so called “hot and ready” pizzas, and that the employees would bring them to us when they were ready. No one brought anything, we paid and were forgotten about. Additionally, the pizza here is $6, for a normal hot and ready. The extra dollar ruins the $5 pizza mood real quick.

Used to not like coming here because of a hateful women not sure what her name was, I wish I did but tonight I met this nice older man very sweet! Not sure of his name either I wish I asked! Will come again because of him! He told me about how the little Caesars Crazy sauce is suppose to come with the crazy bread when you order it on the app! Because it didn’t say it came with it and I’ve been ordering two since they never gave me the sauce until he told me! Very nice and friendly need more workers like him! I think he may have been the Manager, not sure though he very friendly and nice!

Usually fast and friendly service depending on who’s working at the time. We are currently working on making it a better experience for everyone. It would help if those who use Goggle search to place an order over the phone to verify they are calling the correct location. We have had several recent customers who thought they had called in an order to our store when in reality they had placed their orders with the Pulaski and Radford stores.

I have been to this place a million times coming from out of town and every dam time I go in there they never have pizza ready. Thought it was suppose to be hot n ready and they tell you to wait 10/12 minutes that’s ridiculous. It’s every time I go there. The pizza that is suppose to be hot n ready is usually burnt anyways. Service sucks there’s usually one person in there and you stand there 10 mins just for them to tell you they have no pizza and you have a wait period. This place needs to be shut down if they can’t have any pizzas ready

I usually order a half pepperoni and half mushroom once a week. Depending on who is working depends on quality of food. Tonight I placed my usual order, an extra most bestest half mushrooms half pepperoni. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. After I got there the store had about 6 customers all waiting because no food wad ready and I still had to wait 10 minutes on my call in. One employee was making food and had to stop to come work the register because one was cleaning and the manager was standing with a towel in his hand not even acknowledging all of the customers. When I got home I noticed the pizza was made wrong and tried to call 4 different times with no answer. Very disappointed and will take my weekly business elsewhere.

Oct. 24th 2020 6:20 PM. Ordered a hot and ready pizza, waited 9 minutes only to be told oh I’m sorry it will be 10 minutes longer. Hadn’t even started to make it. So waited 16 minutes longer before getting the pizza. I watch one of the girls with a gloved had answer the phone and go back to taking bread from the pan with same gloves on. I will never go back.

Every time I go get some cardboard cardboard, I kind of wonder why. The staff seem overworked and ready to go home. The “hot and ready” cardboard pies usually aren’t hot or ready. The food is actually a lot worse than a good frozen pizza, and more expensive, but it’s edible. I’ve had way worse pizza for way more money.

Little Caesars is a bargain for the bucks Oh yes good pizza at a great price. I usually get a supreme 1099 and its hooked up comfort food at its best and the Italian cheese bread that’s what I’m talking about I absolutely recommend go in for the. Lunch deal $5 you can’t beat it and it’s HOT& READY

not good. They had messed up an order and they took my name down and said they would replace it. It had been about a month and a half and went back to get the pizza. Now they said they could find my name but if I had the receipt they would replace it. I asked who would keep a receipt if they wrote my name down. They wouldn’t replace it. All I can say if they mess up an order on you, you better get the managers name and keep your receipt if they say they would replace it. Oh by the way it’s the one here in Dublin that did this.
