I’ve seriously never waited this long for an app order in the entire time I’ve lived here. App says my order will be ready by 6:51 but according to the tracker it didn’t even hit the oven til 6:50. Here it is 7:05 and I’m still waiting. No acknowledgment when I went inside. No apology. Several other people standing around waiting too. This is in sane!!!

Not door dasher friendly. Order was supposed to be ready at 6:14, waited until 6:57 and saw 20+ people get their order. When I asked about the status of my order 40 minutes later, they stated that they had yet to start it. If you’re going to offer Door Dash, be competent.

Can’t say enough about Robert the manager, excellent and professional service fixing a mistake on our order. The staff was not sure what to do and didn’t have the service expertise, maybe due to them being so young and them being so busy. This man deserves a raise, he was running the store and helping cook and everything all with a great positive attitude.
