Ordered a pretzel crust pepperoni pizza and an order of wings online. When we made the 30 min drive to go pick it up we were told they were completely out of wings, pretzel crust, and salt. But they still tried to make it with regular crust (that smelled of garlic) and regular table salt for the crust! It was so bad and salty I couldn’t eat it! Will never go back there again! The person working was very apologetic and did try his best with what they had to work with.

The last two times we have went to get pizza we have had to wait. The first time we ordered on the app and when we pulled through driveway to get it, we heard what they were giving the customer in front of us and it was our order. We pulled up and after a frantic 5 minutes search we were told “there was a mistake and ours hadn’t been made yet” (even though we got an email it was ready) and we were given a beeper and told to pull up and it would beep when it was ready. It never beeped, so had to go in and ask about it. We finally got our pizza after a 45 minute wait. This most recent time we ordered in the drive thru and was told it would be just a few minute wait because the pizza was in the oven. We were given the beeper again to wait for it. Once again, we never got a beep and had to go in and ask for it. After a 25 minute wait we received our pizza. This most recent time there were 10-12 cars waiting on pizza.

It took 40 minutes to get our pizza after waiting went inside to check to see if the order was done. They didn’t even put the order in for one of our meat pizza so had to wait again. The girl taking the orders inside was too busy talking and flirting with customers. It’s nothing but a hangout pad for the workers. This place use to be amazing but now we will not be back until better workers are hired. This place has went down hill!!

So much for hot and ready. Placed my order through the drive through. 1 pepperoni pizza and cheese bread. Waited 15 minutes before getting to the window. Pay and then notified I need to pull around and wait even longer. I waited for another 45 minutes in front of the building. Finally got my ONE pizza and ONE cheese bread… AFTER WAITING A WHOLE HOUR and having to go in to say something

When I pulled up to the window, I was about to hand the girl my money when a guy walked by behind her and was picking his nose, and the girl working the window was rude. They were very unprofessional. I left immediately. Will not go back.
