I placed an online order to pick up on Old Halifax Rd on March 27. This guy on duty was the only one there. He was swamped with walk-ins, drive ups, etc. He was cheerful, apologetic and respectful to all customers (under these circumstances). Great guy, hardworking. I really hate when i have to do this sort of stuff. I and working out of town and i had a craving for pizza for lunch. Little Caesars was the first name that popped up . So i did a quick search and found a location on old Halifax rd in south boston va. It was about 7 miles from me. I noticed they opened at 11 and headed that way.

Very bad customer service, I order 1 pizza and she charge me for 2 and may me wait for more than 45 minutes and I went inside to see what happen with my order and wasn’t ready so I ask for my money back and she start to yeiling me the store doesn’t make a refunds and I tell her the I just order 1 pizza no 2 and she said I can give you a drink and I tell he i don’t want I want my money back.. Hard to get hot & ready when you dont have any hot or ready or even cooking when it should be your lunch rush coming up. That’s why it’s a dying franchise. Lady at the window didnt even care, said come back in a hour??? People who have an alotted lunch break cant do that.
