I placed an order on June 21 through the little ceasers app which then got cancelled because the driver stated the store was not open. They contract with Doordash. Flash forward to today July 16, I have called door dash who blames Little ceasers for not issuing the refund saying they have sent and resent the request for my refund. Next the store manager states she had let her district manager know what is going on again with no follow up to me since. I know it’s only 22.50 but that 22.50 is money I worked hard for and it isn’t right to take peoples money and not give them what they ordered at this point I am looking into legal action because it should not take almost 30 days to get a refund. This experience has been a nightmare do not buy food from this store through the app because this is an experience from hell. I will not order food from them again. If I could give 0stars I would

Please don’t order pizza from Little Caesars at Patrick Street rehab order pizza there today July 31, 2023 and a month ago. Both orders came back wrong now they have refused to remake it and get the money back. They don’t want to do their jobs right? My kids absolutely love Little Caesars BUT!!.. I have never in my life, and I mean NEVER had a more worse experience at ANY food place in the state OR out of state! I was literally the only customer there and they ignored me for 15 mins until I pulled around to walk in. I park in the front and find the staff all outside standing and talking to a man in his car smoking pot with the two employees that was “working” smh. Unforgettable smh

We first ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, we then get HOME and they were both cheese. So then we bring them back and they gave us new ones. No problem until they took the two we brought back and took the pepperoni stickers off them AND STUCK THEM BACK IN THE WARMER! Lord we could have coughed all over them or worse and they are feeding another family with returned food. Gross never go here! I know we won’t again!

I was very frustrated with the young lady who waited on me just now when I ordered 1 cheese pizza and one order of buffalo wings only. Then I had to wait 15-20 minutes for the wings.I witnessed unprofessional behavior by the staff one young man came outside raising hell with some further down at the plaza. The young lady came to the car with the pizza, wings and another small box with cheese sticks I was on the phone with a friend the entire time through the ordering and the delivery to the car when I asked what was in the small box and she stated the cheese sticks you ordered and she argued that I had and when I confirmed with my friend if I had ordered the cheese sticks she said no you didn’t order any the young lady said well I charged you for them. Rude drive through. Wouldn’t even let me open my mouth before saying everything is going to take 20-30 minutes with a snarky tone of voice. In other words, I don’t feel like doing anything because we close in 30 minutes. If I had to wait, thats fine, no problem, but dont be rude to customers.

I must have the worst luck when I come here. I came a month ago and ordered a pizza and bread sticks. They told me to pull around front and they would bring it to me. They forgot about me, when I went in they had given my order away wo I had to wait longer. I waited close to an hour. Today same thing. I am still here waiting for my pizza and it’s already been 33 minutes. I came in after waiting for about 20 minutes. They didn’t have a pizza ready. So still waiting. I have a hungry family at home and this is ridiculous.
