Let me preface this by saying I worked at this specific Little Caesars in high school about 10 years ago so I know the job is easy, its fast food but its still pizza so its easy. Whatever has happened in the past 2 years has made me absolutely hate this little Caesars, every single time I come here there is always a wait, they don’t even take your order over the speaker In the drive thru they just tell you to pull up. No point in calling ahead because they will just “forget” to put it in and then you just have to wait anyways and even then they will still mess the order up. This spot has gone down so bad. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Give me my money back! I left without my order. We ordered on the app. It said it would be ready by 710. I waited in the store with a huge crowd of others. The lady pretending to work the front kept telling people while blowing bumble gum that their’s were in the oven, one of whom saw their order was ready and sitting out. Horrible horrible customer service. This is by far the worst LC I’ve ever been too. If you can’t have competent employees, place shut down!

Definitely not convenient like the company boasts. The last 3 times I have come through the drive-thru I asked for a pepperoni deep dish and each time they have “run out”. Not sure if it is policy or just plain laziness, but when the restaurant closes at 10pm and at 7:30pm somehow they’re always out is ridiculous. Will definitely go across the street to Pizza Hut from now on, not as convenient but at least they have what I want when I ask for it.

I made an online order 1 hour before coming in. Upon arrival no one greeted me or said a word. I looked for my order in the portal isn’t there. Stood by the counter in clear view of every employee and still no one said a word. This is 15 mins after arriving. They had no issues pushing the cars through drive through but didn’t seem to care about the people standing inside will never be back to this location. Still standing here attempting to get someone’s attention. Employees have made eye contact but still refuse to help me. This place is sad. Wow another person came inside was helped before me. And I made eye contact with the worker yet again who went right back to drive through. Save your money people.

I called in a pizza on line and picked it up! Got home and the pizza was cold and had been sitting out! They obviously didn’t make a fresh pizza. I always call it in so this doesn’t happen! It’s the day after Christmas so people prob don’t feel like working! Called to talk to them phone off the hook! I know this because I tried numerous times to call it in prior to ordering on line then after I got home it was still busy !
