I love this store it’s way better then the one on Northpoint Blvd in Winston Salem every time I come here my food is fresh and it taste amazing that you to the manager who runs this store you can really tell you love what you do and you train your crew correctly. The employees are always nice and you get fast friendly fresh service every time. Y’all are amazing thank you for all that you do and for making me the customer feel like my money matters since we all know that it is so hard to come by these days. I just witnessed and experienced the worst customer service ever from this location where when I walked in at 9:48 pm the staff said that they were closed when every location closes at 10:00 pm. They also said they didn’t have anymore pizzas anyways AS THEY WERE EATING 3x PIZZAS AT THE COUNTER FOR ANYBODY TO SEE! They were also extremely rude and had attitude with me while eating the pizzas as they were still open. This was 4-5 staff members and the manager didn’t even say anything. I will be making a formal complaint against this location and on the staff that worked tonight on August 9, 2023 to corporate to rectify this so no one experiences this again and let others know of my experience that was so horrible I couldn’t believe the amount of unprofessionalism with this establishment. Completely unsatisfactory and something should be done about this.

Just got done waiting over an hour for 2 regular cheese pizzas. Couldn’t get a refund because I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas as well and they said that their system is shabby and they would have to refund for the entire order. They could not only refund for the two cheese pizzas. It was ridiculous because others were placing their orders behind me and they had more toppings and were getting their food and leaving. Terrible. And I was asked at least 3 times what I had ordered? So, they weren’t even keeping track of who ordered what. Trying to operate like Chick-fil-A and don’t have a Chick-fil-A system setup. Absolutely unacceptable.

Absolute horrid service. Waited 30 minutes for a “Hot n Ready” pizza, and 4 Pepsis only to be told that they were out of the drink we ordered, and that they “could not” give a refund. This has happened twice. I will never visit this location, and will actively tell others to avoid it. Other customers in line also complained about similar experiences. EDIT: They also forgot our breadsticks.

Absolutely the sorriest service I think I’ve ever seen. My online order was supposed to be done at 8:23 and tons of people that ordered there after my order was supposed to be done got their food way before I did. They somehow managed to burn everything in my order and had to remake it all. It’s run by idiots and I frankly don’t see how they stay in business.

I bought a pizza on 3/31/23 around 6 pm it was not fresh, hot, and ready like it supposes to be, was very cold and hard it seen like was there for more than 3 hours. Y told the cashier this pizza is cold and it doesn’t look fresh. She just walked away from the window. And ignored me. It was awful service and awful food. I just drove off. I will not come back. Besides the price went up was $6.79 plus taxes my suggestion is Don’t go there is not worth it.!!

Must be owned by the same owner that runs the one on North Point. First day they were out of pizza crust. Two days later they were out of soda. How can anyone do such a poor job of management? Go to Reynolda and ask them how to run a business. the people are always friendly and never much of a weight if any at all
