I love Little Caesars but was disappointed with the desert. The last time I go a desert from here was several years ago. I got a hot brownie that I could cut into small pieces for the family. Instead of that I got a 4 piece frozen brownie with m&ms. I will no longer get my desert here.

I love little Caesar’s but this is ridiculous. I ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza today and the pizza was super thin and the cheese was definitely burned and rubbery.I tried one because I thought maybe the presentation was just off and maybe it was one of those looks can be deceiving kind of thing but no. I was disappointed. I’ve never had one this bad.

I went here to get pizza for the Duke game, as we always do; we had just picked up our favorite ice cream as well. They said it would be 10 minutes, 25 minutes later we’re still waiting so we ask the young man who brought the pizza out to a car that came well after us, and we notice every one else was getting severed before us so we asked about our pizza, he said our was next, so we waited but notice him just standing inside so we took the Cone and went in and ask about our order, so he ask the Riley about it and she said it was lost but later someone brought it from somewhere and they just threw it in a box by now it was over 30 minutes and we didn’t know where it came from and maybe cold, so my wife ask for a refund, he ask the lady and she started saying I can’t give a refill, being sarcastic, when she finally gave the refund she didn’t say anything not even a apology for the inconvenience, just slung the receipt on the counter and walked away, my wife picked it up and said thank you and she looked back back but I doesn’t remeber her saying anything. so now melted ice cream and no pizza and horrible customer service, when they usely dose well.

Not the best pizza in the world to many, just another chain restaurant. BUT the staff sets the standards for any food industry. Amazing service with a smile, fast and patient at the same time. The person dishing out the orders looked very prideful in his job and made the pizza taste 10x better. Very satisfying to eat somewhere you know the food has been prepared and handled diligently.

Was waiting for my pizza and the girl who took my order, touching the screen and money, went to make someone else’s pizza without washing her hands. They asked her nicely to wash her hands and put on gloves and she said “I guess”. The manager standing right there didn’t even care or acknowledge it.

They done gave me a hot n ready cheese , when I done did ask for a extter asbestos cheese pizzer .The up charge innexpenditure was too much and cost me the cost of a new shoe string (singular) . why would lil Caesar himself allow this .
