I went in on my lunch break around 6:00pm for a hot and ready pepperoni. The cashier was very friendly but informed me that they only had 1 cheese pizza hot and ready. I asked her how long would the wait be and she said around 7 minutes. I told her I would wait and around 7 minutes I was out the door with my pizza. I’ve worked pizza for many years and I managed Little Ceasars in my home town. I know that no care was taken to put my pizza together and it was barely cooked although through. All restaurants are experiencing hard times and I know this so that’s why they got a 4 star.

I went to the S. Main location at 9:30pm on 4/8. My son went inside and a tall guy told a girl working there and they raced off. My son stood there a long time while they hid, and I went inside and I heard someone say “Do your cashier job!” The guy started reluctantly towards us but obviously he did not want to wait on us so we left. I understand there is a staffing shortage at a lot of places right now but employees who lack respect and a work ethic have to be taught and if they cannot then they need to be replaced. I ordered a hamburger deep dish pizza , the sides were not like crunchy at all , like the way they advertise it. While eating my pizza I noticed there was a pepperoni under the cheese! I am allergic to pork, that really made me upset ! I also ordered wings and told the young lady with the glasses who took my order to run my wings twice please . When I got home . My wings were not ran twice . I don’t feel like going all the way back there . It would just be great and I could get what I asked and paid for . It’s really annoying

They have the rudest non caring staff… I called and made an order, got asked my name and then CLICK! Their food is good and reasonably priced, but their staff absolutely sucks, and this isn’t by far the first time I’ve experienced something like this with them!

Ok.. so good pizza as expected for the price as always. Perhaps some new guys there but pizza cutting is still an artform to make equal cuts. . The jalapeños sauce .. if you love jalapeños you will be disappointed. That’s sauce sucks and has no bearance to the actual flavor. But af again… great location and food!
