I will say don’t judge a book by its cover, I went to this location for the first time . I order a lunch combo minutes before 2 and they were so nice to make me one . The manager was so friendly and made sure I was taken care of I appreciate how her and the cashier was during my visit. The pizza was good and I just wanted to say I appreciate the good customer service!

The service (usually) isn’t terrible once you get service…. That’s the tricky part. Whether you make a mobile order or order for pick-up, you’re probably going to be waiting. I definitely understand being busy and not being able to come up to the front right away, but it’s happened more than once where the workers have been talking about personal life matters within earshot and wait 5+mins to come up and take orders or ask what people are waiting on. There could be 3 people on shift and one is making pizza, two are talking, and no one is taking orders or giving out the stacks of pizzas ready to go. There are times when the lobby is full, the pizzas are ready, and NO ONE hands them out.

So I went here thinking I could just grab 2 cheese pizzas and go. They only had 1 so I had to wait. They said it would be about 6 min. I went to my car. 6 min later I went back in. There was one employee helping a customer with what seemed to be an involved issue. The employee who took my order was in the back asking who was doing what. There soon started to be some commotion and arguing between him and another employee. At this point orders were neither being taken nor filled. When the employee handling the involved issue finished, he disappeared. The 2 employees having the commotion had left. Us customers were just left there. At some point, 10-15 minutes had gone by and one of the cooks came to the front to take orders. Another employee who said he was off that day started filling orders and then relieved the cook to start taking orders. It was very unprofessional and very uncomfortable. I was very disappointed in the behavior of the people at this establishment. However, I commend the cook and the employee who was off for stepping up to take care of the customers. An apology about the commotion or the disappearance of anyone who could help the customers would have been nice, though.

I swore I’d never go back to the one on Randleman Rd. I didn’t. This one is for the one on Gate City. When I got there, there was barely anyone in there. I placed my order and waited. One of the staff members stated they were short staffed and had one new guy on his second night of training. That’s fine. I get it. But in a rush, a lady who claimed she worked there but wasn’t working she was just hanging out she and an employee stepped outside while the other 2 or 3 were scrambling trying to get the orders ready. Wait time was ridiculous and it’s understandable when you’re understaffed

Customer service is laughable. They’d rather mess with each other then work. Literally stood here for 20 minutes and the girl with the hoodie came out and asked what people ordered. They hadn’t even start making it yet. All of us got refunds. They tried to blame it on a walk-out when you can literally hear them screwing around behind the wall. Pathetic.

This little Caesar’s is extremely ridiculous. I placed an order for pickup in which was ready when i arrived and the person at the counter gave my entire order away so i had to inconveniently sit and wait when my order was already ready and on top of a boy is chatting on the phone while cutting pizza with a bag hanging over his back. Extremely unprofessional. I’ll never come here again.
