My son and I went to get pizza and crazy bread & cheese bread tonight and when we went in, nobody was up front at first, it took about 3-5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. When we finally got waited on, we ordered two cheese pizzas, a pepperoni pizza, two orders of crazy bread, and a order of cheese bread. We waited probably 20 minutes and the girl brought out our pizzas and I told her that we also had cheese bread and two orders of crazy bread, she proceeded to tell me that wasn’t on my ticket when I had my receipt in my hand and I told her I could show her. She then went back to the back and was yelling at the two guys working to do their job. It took probably eight more minutes before we got the rest of our order. The employees were playing around outside, running to the store beside the restaurant. I have worked in a restaurant for 25+ years and this was pitiful! There was no excuse for the way the employees of this store was acting and they had no regards to customer service at all. There was no thank you, no, have a good night, no anything for that matter. The girl working was very hateful. I only gave one star because I had to because if it was up to me, I would give -5 stars.

Ordering online, my pizza is typically provided in the time frame provided, but my order is almost never correct. I intentionally order stuffed pepperoni and cheese and I’ve been getting just cheese. This time, I got a pretzel crust and it was disgusting. I don’t live close enough to keep going back and forth and you can’t tell what the crust is stuffed with so I lose money everytime. This is disappointing.

Terrible customer service tonight! Didn’t give my change back from $20 and was told the line was down and clearly they were still making pizza. I’m not sure if she was trying to get off early but that’s bad business. She kept cutting us off when we were trying to order our food which was RUDE as ever! I’ve been coming here for years but I’ll take my service to EAST Market! The manager defending his employees behavior which is unacceptable.

I’m not sure why some of staff was dressed in what appeared to be PJ’s and cursing with customers inside of the store. Convenient location. The taste is not the same, perhaps due to the company changing their ingredients over the years and not for the good.

I had drove past this Little Caesars so many times and never noticed it but I’m glad I did today because it is the best when that I’ve ever been in to clean friendly fast service with excellent quality food you can’t ask for much better than that. I definitely recommend this Little Caesars if you were in the area.

This is my favorite Little Caesars! The dough is always fresh pizza is always hot! They listen when I say light light light sauce! Perfect every time! I live 2 min away from another Little Caesars but I will drive the extra 8 min to go to this one!

I placed my order at approximately 6:45 as you can see from the receipt. I literally just got my pizzas at 7:25. I have watched where the lobby/seating area was so full that so many customers had to stand near the door. I think they need to change their phrase from being “Hot-N-Ready” There’s no way that 2 pizzas that should take 40 minutes. There’s music blasting in the back, employees dancing around to what’s been played over the speakers, By all means play your music but use that same momentum to get these “Hot-N-Ready” pizzas out to the customers who have been waiting. I think Dominoes will be on the agenda next time my family wants pizza, at least that 40 minute wait could’ve been at my house. While waiting for it to be delivered. I only go to Lil Caesar’s because my kids seem to like it better but if this continues, they’ll grow to like another pizza place. The manager did offer a free complimentary pizza for my 40 minute wait. Which was “Hot-N-Ready” faster than the 2 I originally ordered

The young lady that was cashiering on night shift was playing around so much that she got my whole order wrong AND I was very specific with her and she still put the order in wrong. She was more concerned about how she looked than actually doing her job. Never go here at night because the customer service is horrible. I waited like 5-10 min before she even approached the counter because she was playing around with the workers in the back. This was a horrible experience.
