Ordered 2 of the pretzel crust pizzas. 1 of them was burnt. Ordered the Detroit style pizza and it was so doughy and undercooked we couldn’t eat it. We’ll stick to the regular hot n ready cheese or pepperoni. Obviously this particular location is NOT the place to try other menu options.

The cashier here literally stole our money. Waited an hour for food that I payed cash for. I and several others asked for refunds because of the ridiculous wait. The ultra rude staff would hide in the back kitchen for 10 minutes at a time to avoid customers. Refused to refund me. To say that this experience upset me is an understatement. My hungry children waited patiently in the car for an hour and we left $12 poorer, hungry, with no food. Shouted at my wife. Told me repeatedly “you’ll have to call corporate!” Asked for a number and they wouldn’t give one. Can’t get anyone at corporate to do anything about it. We have spent maybe thousands at Little Caesar’s over the course of my life and this ends it forever. Great business model. Food was often bad here anyway, left in the ovens for far too long.

Always messing up the orders. And that young Caucasian lady that wears all the makeup, she’s nice and all but seems clueless and always flirting with customers or smoking outside on the phone. And the old manager dude is right along with her messing up orders. Don’t get me started on the wait time. You’ll be standing there for a good 15 mins before being seen because they are too busy in the back laughing it up at god knows what.

One star is for this store. We waited for 45 minutes inside the store for our two Detriot Deep Dish pizzas. “45 MINUTES”! Yet there are lots of pick up that went ahead of us. If you have a choice to order somewhere else for pizzas, I RECOMMEND TO GO AT OTHER LOCATIONS. Skip this store because you would be wasting 45 minutes of your time!

This is the 2nd and the last time we will order Door Dash from this location. Last time we didn’t get our sauces that we paid extra for which is fine we can let that go. This time we were shorted a whole pizza AND the sauces again. I told my Door Dash driver that our order wasn’t right and she told me I had to contact the store. I looked up the number and the number was no longer in service. It’s a shame Little Caesars was always our go-to because it was good and cheap.

Heard employees yapping, the hot boxes had plenty of food, I guess they just really aren’t interested in selling pizzas. And to think these are the kind of people that think fast food jobs deserve 15 an hour
