I stood at the counter waiting while one employee was standing right there typing on his cell phone. Stood there for 5 minutes. He never said a word to me then walked away. I turned to walk out and another employee came around and said “What, you not gonna order?” I said well I WAS and walked out. Went down the road to Big Cheese pizza and was greeted with a “Welcome to Big Cheese” with a smile and have my pizzas in 10 minutes. I won’t ever make that mistake again!

Food delivered was good but missing item was a complete hassle to deal with on phone with store. Ultimately got nothing because they just wanna give store credit,but after 2x missing food that was paid for, ww won’t be ordering ever again. This place is poorly manged and it shows. Had issue with one pizza I ordered online. Asked one person and he had an attitude and acted like it bothered him. Asked for manager and waited 20 minutes. She kept saying are they mad and still here. We heard everything said. Horrible customer service. I’ve ordered pizza here for years and I may stop after today. Also the pizza looks thrown together.

I love Little Caesars, however, at this location I ordered on the app ahead of time for pickup and it wasn’t ready on time. No biggie, but they were closing early the day before Thanksgiving so they had a few other people waiting as well. I finally got my order and this is what it looked like. It wasn’t cooked completely, nor cut. I am not sure what happened here as to why a deep dish was made like this, but I also ordered a five meat treat round. That also wasn’t cooked all the way. I called the store and got no answer. How can you knowingly give this to a customer? This location needs to do better. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I love Little Caesars, but this location needs to get it together.

Today April 8th, I ordered a pretzel Pizza, It’s wasn’t cut and very thin… They be in the back running their mouths and not paying attention to what they’re doing… If you get the black girl with the Blonde hair make sure she’s not talking over your food and she cuts it.

Just wanted a quick cheese pizza for the kids and had to wait almost 15 minutes. What happened to hot and ready? Then the woman inside is tweaking and yelling at employees talking about firing someone. She was digging in her hair and touching the food. Same with the other employees. Another was coming and going to a car parked next to us. I am guessing a family member or girlfriend etc. This location needs some help what happened to the 5 or 6 pizza .. 7.99 for a single not hot and ready

Go to Marcos for their pepperoni magnifico this version at Little Caesars is horrible. 1 slice of my pizza had 2 pieces of pepperoni, little sauce, thought I would try it… lesson learned

Here I thought, let’s grab Little Caesars’ quick it’ll be cheap and fast. It ended up costing more than ordering from any another chain pizza establishment. The wait time for supposed “Hot Fresh Pizza” was as long, if not longer, than ordering delivery. Ok, so there wasn’t any ready, things happen, but at least it’ll be nice and hot when I get it home. Wrong again, soggy, cold, doughy pizza. Never again.

This is the worst Little Caesars that I have ever been to. I loved Little Caesars in Texas. They were the best. This place in Clayton is horrible. The staff can care less about you. The pizza has given me diarrhea on my last two visits. The pizza was severely undercooked. I want so badly to love this place as I did in Texas, but my experience with this place will never bring me back. The management is non-existent it appears. Hire better people who know how to cook pizza. That is the key to a better establishment.
