I ordered my pizza at 3:10 today. I ordered one pizza and I did not receive the pizza until after 4. I understand being short staffed but give some type of customer service in theses cases. An ETA or basic conversation would have been nice but they provided neither just a bunch of people standing and waiting.

Terrible service. Hardly any orders on a slow Wednesday night. Took 30 minutes to get 2 crazy breads, a pepperoni pizza, and a cheese pizza. Lots of talking, not much working. The entire point of this restaurant is prepare ready made pizza.

Waited 30mins for a cheese pizza. Young lady who took my order had an attitude and cursed out loud so that everyone in the lobby could hear her, including my kids. I will be filing a formal complaint as she was very disrespectful and repeatedly said ” I don’t f’ing care”

I tried to call in an order right before 9, instead of informing me that they’re closing at 9 the store manager Tanisha put me on hold and never returned. I arrived at the store at 9 and told her I was the person she put on hold, that I wanted to place an order. She then told me they don’t take call in orders 10mins before closing and even with me standing in front of her she still didn’t take my order! What a waste of my time. Won’t think about going there ever again!

Ordered online on a weekend so I knew it would take longer than what the app estimated but after arriving 45 minutes later then being told “it’s coming right out” and waiting another 45 minutes is ridiculous. Yep 1 1/2 hours for a Little Caesar’s pizza. I’ll take some blame for trying again after not using them for over 3 years. I should’ve known. On a good note, 1 young man (should’ve got his name) was the only one taking initiative and hustling. Never again Very Little Caesars.

Online orders are never ready when promised, most times it’s about 25 minutes past, which puts a simple “Hot and Ready” pizza about 40 minutes to get…….a couple times the pizza ordered was finished, waiting for me when I got there, but add another 10 minutes for anyone to come upfront to the counter to even acknowledge me……. employess can be seen through the ovens making orders with their bare hands, no gloves, while at the same time playing with their phone…….. Usually the small lobby area has 3 to 4 other customers waiting for their orders as well and whenever anyone tries to get those in back attention, they seem not to be able to hear any frustrated customers,…… which is really weird, becuase we can easily hear them as they joke, laugh, and carry on with one another…….. Not the best location, poor customer service, cleanliness is certainly not priority , and Heaven forbid you ask for any napkins……..

Not one to leave nasty reviews, experience in the food industry so I understand mistakes happen. This was one of the worst experiences ive ever had. I stop by because im in a hurry and want something quick. There is nobody in the whole building other than me. All i ordered was a pepperoni (hot and ready???). 15 minutes go by and no sign of my pizza. After 20 minutes the girl pops her head back and asks if she already took my order (I’m the only person that has come in for 20 minutes?!). I politely respond yes. I then see her start to make my pizza! After 25+ minutes i finally get my pizza and she asks is this all you got? I was in disbelief. Its not over. When i get home i find out she didnt even CUT THE PIZZA. I understand things happen but this worker must have been on drugs. Very disappointed. If she offered me a free drink or side or warned me that the pizza wouldnt be ready for a while, I wouldnt have left this review!!! Wow!!!
