We are truly disappointed and even more alarmed after our last and FINAL purchase from this Little Caesars. There have been times when items were forgotten or incorrect, which to me is not a huge problem because it gets busy and honest mistakes happen. However, there is simply no excusing our last experience, which currently has my son sick to his stomach. We were given several pizza/marinara sauces this time around, and we were impressed thinking they were making up for times when our sauce was missing (after purchasing extra). However, after we got everything home, we learned exactly why we were given extra sauces…THEY WERE SPOILED. I am so sad and disappointed in this situation, and I am more than concerned about my son and anyone else that received this sauce on 8/21/2023. One thing I will say is that it seems that those who work there are typically hardworking, and I haven’t had a bad experience with the service overall, but I am guessing that they simply don’t get paid enough to be cognizant of giving people spoiled sauce. Little Caesars has been our go-to place for pizza since moving to NC nearly 4 years ago, but no longer! Please beware.

Horrible. The woman or man with the beard at the window is extremely rude and unprofessional. Yelling at customers to use the portal or drive thru box when I placed an online order. Never again. Plus the order is all wrong. Paid for cheese sauce and marinara sauce and didn’t get it. Pizza and breadsticks like dough all undercooked and was requested well done. Wings were ok.

Ordered 3 pizzas and bread sticks via mobile app. Got home and bread sticks were not cooked completely. The deep dish was undercooked as well. Was told by the shift lead when I called in to take photos of the food for when I come back in. I took the best photos I could for the proof it was undercooked as well as a photo of it in my trash can. I really just wanted an apology and for them to remake it for me the next time I go back. It that had happened, I would not have this review to post.

The gentleman that was “running the show” was a multitasking genius…he was simultaneously taking orders and assisting customers, as well as directing 10 or so employees in each of their respective responsibilities, with the utmost care and respect shown to every individual. Service constantly ranges from below average to terrible. Expect to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes on your order when you arrive, this include portal orders. In fact, you should just assume that they never received your order and ask about it when someone eventually shows up to the service counter.

I love the food but the workers attitudes are what really kills it for me. I ordered two pizzas and crazy bread as a call in and I get there and pay and I was never charged nor given the bread so I had to do another transaction for it, then the worker completely ignored customers who were waiting to order and those customers just left because they were ignored
