We placed an order and were asked to pick up at 6:30. My fiance waited until 6:58. Upon his return home, the pizza was cold and the dough was still raw. In addition, we were missing one of the dipping sauces we ordered.

For about 2 years this place has gone absolutely downhill. From not having any sauce to this year having to wait minimum of an hour for a basic cheese or pepperoni pizza. The staff are fine but there is far too few of them. People delivering for a job are suffering more from this as a result. I loved this place but it needs some real serious management and more team members. There’s not even enough spaces to park.

I ordered a deep dish Detroit pizza with bacon,ham, Italian sausage and the restaurant only had ham. Need better management and I should have received a discount because I didn’t what I ordered. Also, the pizza dough was not fully cooked.Just horrible service. I do not recommend.

Worst service ever. Placed an order at 11 this morning to be picked up at 6:15 this evening for an event. They gave all of our pizzas away, didn’t inform us. Waited in the drive thru, in a reserved spot, and inside at the counter for over an hour combined until they told us what they did. Got our money back, but now no food. Will NOT be returning.

I ordered online at 4pm. I got there at 5pm. I didn’t get my food until 550pm. They were busy but I sat at the drive thru window alone for 20mins without anyone speaking to me, then an additional 30 mins waiting on my pizza and bread sticks. They were busy but not sure why it took that long.

Waited in the car line for about 10 minutes and did not get to place an order. Not only did we wait they told a customer to pass us in line because they called an order in. When we decided to go inside and order they women told us she is busy and can’t take our order.
