Walked in the door there was no other customers in the building, stood at the counter. There where 4 different employees, all having personal conversations with one another. Stood there for about 10 minutes. Several employees walked through the counter area during this time and never acknowledged I was there. Finally walked out. Terrible customer service… if you even get any.

An hour before closing and was told it was too late to add black olives to my pizza (apparantly they were in the cooler and the girl at front said she did not want to go to cooler and grab any because she was tired….very rude!) and they would not make italian cheese bread. We settled for a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread which was completely under cooked! Will not be going back to this location again!!!

Never have hot and ready anymore, was told order wasnt ready and waited 30 min to find out my order had been ready the entire time, the manager will litterally fight with employees and does not need to be a manager. This store has gone downhill.

Don’t normally have any issues getting pizza. Online ordering is down unless you order from door dash and I don’t wanna do that because the menu Sucks on there and can’t order what I want. Today, I called and called and called. Kept getting no answer for 2.5 hours straight. So drive up there and there’s a note on the door, will reopen at 5pm. It was quarter after 5 and still no employees! I love the pizza and get pizza from there all the time… but today… yeah it sucked. I wasn’t the only one waiting… at least 5 or 6 others were waiting for them to open. Didn’t look like anyone had been there all day. Sad shame… I spend lots of money there every month since I work for a group home and buy the residents supper at least 3 or 4 times a month!

Went in and ordered crazy bread only to get to the car to find out our crazy bread was pretzel sized!! The employees were awesome amd apologized but apparantly ALL LOCATIONS has been making it wrong. This is the way that corporate wants them to make it for now on. So if youre like me an love crazy bread this is gonna suck!
