Picked up a couple of pizzas while on vacation at Lake Lure. This location had great service. My one at home bakes the pizza for a little bit more so the crust is done more so I am giving them 4 ⭐’s. Other than that the flavor was good!

I asked at the drive thru if sauce comes with my Italian bread he says yes, he gives me a timer to pick up when ready. When I came back around when the pager went off, I went to pick it up. And think they gave me sauce. I had been gone 1 minute. When I went back to get my sauce, he said, “Can I see your receipt. He said you would have to pay a dollar for sauce. I was ticked. I had asked him before I waited on the pizza to get done for 10 minutes. Then I will have to pay a dollar!! Needless to say I didn’t get sauce. He just seen me come through the line!! Ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Was told to wait 15 minutes for order and to keep checking back in even though the customer ahead had a vibrating pager to alert order. Order actually took 30 minutes to recieve, and when I asked for an additional marinera was told I had to pay extra even after the wait which I did. Then had to ask to be handed the sauce even after paying the additional dollar for marinera at a pizza joint. Food here is usually ok but not a sense of urgency or customer care in general.

All I’m going to say is, it’s appalling that you confuse a deep dish pizza with a cheese stuffed crust pizza that was absolutely nothing like what I ordered. Was good at getting my order right but something has to have switched. It seems that the more I go there, the more my order is wrong.

Hot and ready pizza pizza. It’s pretty cool if you don’t place a order through the phone or online you can go through the Drive-through and place it and they will give you a buzzer and when they buzz you you come back through the drive-through and get your food
