I placed an online order around 5PM. I placed it for 8:45pm, I went there and the place was closed. There was a bunch of people there trying to get an employees attention and they was ignoring us. One store manager finally came and told us that there was only 2 people there and second shift never came in. Now I’m out of my money until it gets settled. He gave the DM phone number and she didn’t answer. I understand it’s the weekend. The manager wasn’t helpful at all telling us to go online to cancel the order but I do not have an account so I can’t cancel it. This is ridiculous. Something needs to be done with this store.

Ordered delivery, and they didn’t give me any of the $5 sauces I ordered, PLUS the bread came undercooked and doughy. Not to mention when I called to get a refund for the sauce he said “There’s nothing we can do about it.” then hung up the phone; AND it’s happened on multiple occasions and I refuse to order from here anymore. There was even a point where they didn’t even stock 2 liters for 2 weeks to a month. So all in all this little Caesar’s shouldn’t even be in business as far as i’m concerned.

The cashier was rude to the customer ahead of me. Threatening to call his people to shut the place down. Like he was trying to make us feel threatened. He threw about 5 pizzas on the ground behind the counter and just walked all over them. I think he was on some kind of drugs from the way he was slurring his words and having an attitude with all of us customers.

WORST place to go. Waited 45 minutes for three hot and ready pizzas, but that’s not the worst part. Was refused service and told I was not worth worrying about because I asked if a pizza could be made into bread sticks. Not to mention all of the racist comments made towards me. NOT somewhere I want to bring my kids.

Tried calling to pick order up and no one answered. I get there and the person up front just chilling on the phone. I place the order and while waiting to get the order. I called while being there and you could hear the phone ringing and no one went to answer. Only me and one other person there before me. Need better management to control this mess.

Absolutely disgusting. Pizza was not cooked long enough and we didn’t just order the hot and now cheaper pizza. The stuffed crust wasn’t even melted and we all got sick even after I threw it in the oven for 20 minutes.
