Just pulled away from this store at 12:45 (lunch time). Man was on his cell phone the whole time. NOTHING was ready ( thought was the whole point of hot n ready) just everyone standing around. Told me it would be a 15 minute wait. Lost our business and happily drove to the Newton location where they actually gladly served us!

When we went to Little Caesars Pizza in Lincolnton they were short on staff and one of their refrigerators was not working. We put in our order and received it in no more than 15 mins. GREAT SERVICE! Their food is always tasty.

I ordered here today 4/2/23 at about 1pm, I was not happy with what I received at all. First off I got the wrong sauce but I can look past that. Second off I ordered crazy bread when I opened up the crazy bread I am glad that I looked before I ate it or anyone else. There was a bunch of long bristles from a brush. Not just a couple, no, there was clumps of them together and separate ones all through out the crazy bread. Third neither of the pizzas were actually cut I had to cut them. And fourth I called the moment I noticed the bristles in the crazy bread, I call the first time at about 1:25pm and had no answer so I call again still no answer I called through out the day it is now 6:02pm and I still can not get an answer I called the number off the app and the number which is the same as the app off Google. I still have had no answer. I have no way of going back out there at the time being or I would. I am extremely upset and very unsatisfied with the food. I am mostly upset about the crazy bread. I can look past the sauce and the fact that my pizzas were not cut, but the bristles in the crazy bread is NOT acceptable. All I ordered was a pepperoni pretzel crust with cheese sauce, a classic pepperoni pizza, crazy bread, 4 cheezy jalapeno sauces, and 2 buttery garlic sauces. I refuse to return to little ceasers

Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way. Sauce tasted bland. Just wasn’t good. Customer service is always lacking here. Wasn’t greeted or talked to the 30 seconds I was in the store. Not worth the money.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Supposed to close at 11pm but is “out of pizza” at 10:25pm. Change your hours if you’re not serving customers until 11pm. Don’t waste your gas going here.

The lady manager is very confrontational with customers as well as employees. She actually got my order wrong and I actually had two people with me that heard my order that I repeated a few times and when I got my receipt it was for a wrong order which she told me that that’s what I had ordered that I was wrong when I said no it isn’t!!!! She screams at employees!! I haven’t been inside to see if she is still there!!! Hopefully she’s been replaced!!!
