I always love to come here because their pizza will always be fresh but yesterday they disappointed me because when I went to buy four boxes of pizza two pepperonis and two cheese pizzas the pizza didn’t have the red sauce they’re barely put any cheese on it and the bread was like a flatbread and it was hard it didn’t look like it was fresh out the oven it look like it was only reheated in an oven. That does not look good and it did not look fresh. I’m disappointed.

Placed an online order and when the cashier checked with the kitchen, I overheard the employees say they didn’t even see an online order. The cashier kept helping other customers and didn’t give me an update until I asked. I received my pizzas 20 minutes later and drove home to find my son’s pizza was burnt and of course, he didn’t want to eat it.

Normally when I come here and the gentleman that works at the front is always cordial and quick to get my order to me, on the other hand when it’s not the gentleman working the girl at the front always makes some type of excuse as to why either my order was taken by someone else when I called ahead, to telling me at 9:43 that I can no longer place an order as a walk in since they decided to shut everything off even tho I can clearly see pizza still coming out the oven. I normally come here all the time but from now on will skip this place is the girl is working cause it’s already been several times that I come here and she basically makes the experience disappointing. If it says you’re open till 10:00 and there’s still 17 minutes left idk why you’re turning everything off to begin with

Called and canceled order also never picked up they refuse to give me my money back. Corporate isn’t helpful. Store isn’t helpful. They took my money and kept my food. I’m tired of contacting this store and company with no response. Everybody is “sending information to the store” but their manager clearly doesn’t care to resolve the issue.

This location needs more help on a Saturday at lunch, especially. The man that helped us seemed to being 20 things at once and no burning anything. He was about 5’5, seemed to be working alone and we were there around noon. So were 10 other orders ready to be picked up! The gentleman ensured no burned pizzas, handled customers like a chap all with a smile on his face. I don’t know what he makes but if it’s in the lunch rush and he’s the only one working, pay him for both positions. He’s already doing the work!

pizza is so good as always. my order was ready on time. only reason i’m not giving 5 stars is because my order was wrong. i was given cheesy bread instead of crazy bread and my pretzel crust was just normal crust, but i don’t mind too much. way better than the university location.

Delivery was horrible. Food was incorrect and cold; beef pizza missing and they sent pepperoni. We don’t eat pork. Had to wait a long time again for them to deliver correct food, but still cold.
