The cashier was nice and my food was actually hot and delicious..but this store is so dirty it’s uncomfortable!! If I would not have preordered I would have left! I was only able to eat the food because I know the pizza is cooked at a high temperature! This is just bad management, nobody should be chit chatting or looking at their phone when your store is filthy. I really hope the food area is cleaner…they absolutely need to do way better!

After a 58 minute wait, the pizza was at best luke warm, the breadsticks were cold and the cheese bread was the warmest at just above luke warm. The lazy female behind the counter was the rudest individual I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with in Charlotte since I’ve been here. The manager didn’t seem to care how she treated people and never once asked about the problem when he was standing right there, I know it’s a cheap, supposedly fast pizza restaurant and I shouldn’t have expected much. Yet, I shot myself in the foot giving this place another chance. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Chewed a light brown or blonde strand of hair with my pizza. I pulled it from my pizza and noticed more strands in the rest of the slices. So disgusting. I sent the pictures showing the hair being pulled from in the pizza and was issued credits ….. I will probably never eat out again at this point

Got undercooked pizza here had to drive all the way back to the store to get them to give me a new one and they had a smart attitude about “was that better “when they handed me the pizza back and I had to ask for an appetizer for the troubles I’m driving 7 miles to come back, kids these days that run that place need to go through a customer service training course if you ask me.
