Little Caesar pizza the vegetables on the pizza is way to big the atmosphere is terrible and they never have enough staff they always give you the wrong order or you get home and check your food 1. Either it’s dry or they for got to put something on your pizza and you have to go back up their and wait for them to redo your order right. Overall it will be a very long time before I eat their they will be like the last place I ever think about.

B Rating. But I had ordered and paid online, so no option. At 10 in the morning I placed the order for a 6 pm pickup. However, it wasn’t ready until 6:30. Kitchen appeared to be chaotic with workers that were well trained. The pizza and wings were good but I won’t come back to this one except as a last possible resort. Sorry but employees make the customer experience and poor employees mean poor service.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was the absolute worst experience of my life. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting on food watching the employees not wearing gloves while touching all the food, then scratching their behinds and hair, touching their phones and headphones while preparing the food and never washing their hands. Then one of the employees touched the TRASH CAN by the top and then went back to preparing food never washing his hands. I spoke to the manager on duty who said she would prepare the food again with gloves. So I waited another 20 minutes and people came and went. Everything was a disaster, none of anyone’s orders were right and everyone had to keep stopping them to get their full order or right order. The health score was a 92 and I’m surprised it wasn’t much lower. When speaking to the MOD she said the district manager doesn’t enforce anything or train correctly so the employees don’t listen to her. I figured as much because it’s always from the top down. I never received a discount or a refund. The employees weren’t talked to about washing their hands or wearing gloves and no one seemed to have any kind of concern for the situation except the MOD who still didn’t take any personal responsibility.. I finally leave with food (after having to ask for the other half of my order) for the order to not only be WRONG but one of the pizzas was burnt.

Listen, I know there are staff shortages, and things going on .. but the last time I received service it was terrible.. I only order the Italian cheese bread for myself because I don’t eat meat and I have given up on the veggie pizza because it’s never made right. But a few days ago ordered the cheese bread and it was so dark and over cooked and this time which is a first they didn’t even cut it. I had a long day at work and was in traffic for over an hour and didn’t look at it until I got home. It was terrible but could not bring it back because I live too far down the road to do that. I was not happy about that visit. I’ll give 2 stars because at least the staff showed up.. but this visit was not it for me.

I ordered a pretzel crust pizza and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get here and once it finally got to my house I got the wrong order. I paid for a pretzel crust and got a plain cheesy pizza. I called them to tell them and they told me that I would have to make a new order to get my pretzel crust. Hmm… it shouldn’t be hard to make 1 pretzel crust pizza.

A bunch of young teenagers “working” ( if that’s what you want to call it) in the back. No one wanted to put the crazy bread in the oven. All you could hear was them bickering back and forth about who was going to put the crazy bread in the oven! One young male walked around the back the entire time doing absolutely nothing with a jacket on. His friend comes into the store and he comes from behind the counter and has a whole conversation with his friend. Someone finally comes and tells him you need to come back and work. Another worker tells about 5 of us, “we’re just waiting on your crazy bread” The crazy bread that no one would put in the oven! Total wait time for a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread… 40 mins!

My order was confirmed, only to be told when pick- up person arrived they were out of what I ordered. The rest of my order was cold, greasy and cut into weird little squares. Pizza was okay but not the best I’ve had from Little Caesars. I don’t recommend the delivery option which is why I think my order was all messed up. My order is always great when I pick up!!

Normally, it takes 20 minutes to pick up an online order. This time it took an hour and they didn’t seem to be busy when we first arrived. Maybe they had large orders before ours. The food was hot and fresh though.
