A promised 12 to 15 minute wait turned into 30-plus and still waiting. Walked in and was given useless excuses. Last time EVER patronizing this establishment and will share this regrettable experience with everyone. I just pray the food is as it should be. Sheesh!

We will never order from here again! It was absolutely AWFUL. FROM THE PHONE CALL TO THE PICKUP! a female answered the phone. I gave her my order she tells me to hold on..a male then picked up && I had to repeat my order all over again while staff was being Obnoxious and yelling in the background..ok cool whatever. I go in and they acted like I didn’t even order, then was like oh we found it. Showed up in 30 mins when they told me 15 mins order wasn’t done yet again ok cool whatever. Waited another 15 mins. The male that was in the front of the store you can tell just hates life his job everything! Not expecting to be best friends with him but man brighten up a little. He was rude to everyone who came in including people at drive thru. Finally they told me my order was done (which they wouldn’t let me pay before hand) so I go it and pay get my food and leave. I get home and my order wasn’t even right and my bread sticks and Italian cheese bread was somehow dried out ♀️ ♀️ that place is just out of control. Mind you while waiting in the lobby the staff was still yelling and messing off in the back. Like saying stuff that shouldn’t be, being said at a work place. It is what it is and I’m sure my little $60 dollars walking out the door want bother them none. But maybe get a Manger/team leads that can’t keep that place under control.

Eaten here 3x. Each time my stomach has hurt later, and this store may be the reason one of my kids’ stomachs were upset. 2 out 3 times a pizza was incorrect leaving someone without their pick of pizza. 3rd times the charm, probably not going to get better.

Tried to place an order online but it wasn’t working and kept telling me to call the store, I had a promo code through T-Mobile to get a free crazy bread with the purchase of a pizza. I called the store to which I was placed on hold for 11 minutes before I hung up to call back. Called back to place my order and explained to the kid I had a promo code, to when he told me I could only do it online, I asked how was I supposed to do that when their online option wasn’t working but he told me he didn’t know. I ordered my pizza and when I was finished he told me my total and my wait time, I said ok thank you and before I could finish my sentence, he said yep and hung up!

Little Ceaser’s, is Little Ceaser’s. Either you like it or you don’t. I really don’t think you can get a better carry out for the price. My main issue with this store is that it gets more business than it can handle over the weekends. I think they serve both this end of Fayetteville as well as this side of Hoke county. A store on Fayetteville Road, Raeford would be real nice. Maybe in that new shopping center between the two hospitals.

Placed an order over the phone at 1100 to be ready at 1245. 30 minutes later and still no order. Since off the rudest employees I’ve ever seen at a business. This was my first and last time ever using a Little Caesars. The manager Keith needs to be fired.
