So I was tired and I decided to stop and just get something real quick that I could eat. So I ordered cheese bread with extra cheese. I get the receipt I say I always charge $6 but the wall hanging sign says that it should be $5. I guess maybe the sun is a little outdated but she did put in combo when I only ordered the bread cheese bread with marinara sauce.

I have ordered from here numerous times. I find it curious as to how many people have reviewed that say they’ve been customers here many times but only ever reviewed the one time they’ve been unhappy with some aspect. My pizzas are always delicious. They are always busy, usually understaffed but always very polite, helpful, apologetic and my food is always excellent. I have nothing bad to say about the staff nor the food here, I have my doubts about some reviewers though.

Twice now we have called ahead to order and no one answers. Pulled up and they were not busy. Tried to verify with the employee that we were calling the correct number and she said she didn’t even know the stores number and didn’t offer to verify the number we told her we were calling.

Been over 2 years since i had Little Caesars pizza and today i just reminded myself why. Pizza was horrible. They put the bare minimum amount of cheese on the pizza and the pizza crust was barely edible. You can get a frozen pizza from the grocery store that taste better than their pizza. No more Caesars for me. Domino’s which is 10x better or a frozen pizza.

When they first came to the area they were great, took time to fix your food with care. Within the past year or so their service has gone way down. Consistently run out of wings. On several occasions the crust has been slightly undone. Just yesterday I got home to an uncut pizza. You have a couple of workers who have good customer service but for the rest they seem to not want to be bothered. I get the food is cheap but your customer service should never be. Without customers you have no business.

Not only did we not get a call out order wasn’t being cooked because they didn’t have items for my pizza but when we got there found out that although you can order root beer it is not sold in their store. BUT, I found a strand of hair in my cheesy bread and again in my pizza. Not coincidental. And no we were really super nice about not being called or even having to wait for pizza to cook after we told them pizza was fine without the items. But now it makes me furious that they INTENTIONALLY put hair in all our food! And we were nice. God knows what they would do to rude people. DO NOT eat here! Ever!!

Called to place a special order. Young lady answered, asked me to hold and sat the phone down. I could hear everything going on in store. She waited on numerous customers while I was waiting. I waited for 20 minutes, got tired of waiting hung up and decided to go somewhere else. This store is notorious for answering phone asking you to hold and leaving you hanging. They do this so when someone calls in you get a busy signal. Very very poor service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
