Been getting Hot n Ready pizzas here for years. Over the past 6 months or so every single pizza has a stiff, or overcooked, layer of crust underneath. So stiff or overcooked that their pizza cutter can’t even cut through it all. (See photos) Talked to manager about it but nothing has changed. If I call in a special order the crust is fine so it has something to do with the hot n ready crust. Either way we arent going back. There are much better pizza places out there for just a couple bucks more.

The location is a pain to access. The staff is nice, but young with no older supervision. Sounds like a high school football game in the back. All this would be fine if the food was up to standards. Been going here for over a year… past few months everytime we get pepperoni, Hawaiian, and bread sticks. Was great at first. Now everytime somehow the crust is overcooked, but the dough is raw. Pounds of cheese when we request normal…. everytime we eat here now, diarrhea for 3 days after…. will not be eating here ever again.

The pizza was burnt , the cheese bread was lacked cheese making it barely considered cheese bread, and I ordered Cesar ranch dip and they give me the wrong dip …buffalo ranch…the Newton little Cesar’s is the worst only time I have ever got bad pizza is from that store, I will no longer use door dash to get pizza bc they go from that store as springs rd and hickory never have bad pizza like this!

Been getting our pizza here pretty often since our move to Newton 2 years ago and the fact that it’s pretty close to us. Never had a problem until last night, which is why 2 stars. First, our cheese pizza had pepper seeds in it and it burned my 8 year old’s mouth up not to mention it tasted “off” to me this time.

The assistant manager on duty today theatened to throw my granddaughters pizza on the ground because she asked her to fix the mistake they made. After being told by the assistant manager that she didn’t have time to fix it, my granddaughter refused to move in the drive thru. She called the cops on my granddaughter. This assistant manager is going to cost the owner his business if he doesn’t step up and pay attention to what’s going on at his store. This is the 2nd incident involving my family at this location. I wont be spending any more money there.

Good for a quick pizza pickup, when you have ordered on the app. My wife always gets a marinara sauce with our order and it’s hit or miss most days if I can get one easily while picking up the pizzas from the to-go cabinet.
