This location recently moved to a new space, and I had not been to the old one… but the new one is nice and clean! We got an Italian Cheese Bread and a Classic Pepperoni pizza. I was appalled and amazed that we got all of this food for under $15! The food was hot and ready, as advertised. We went in, paid, and walked out with relative ease. The food itself was as expected, and it was good. The cashier, according to our receipt, was Irma, and she was very sweet! I really had a nice experience at this location. The only thing I will say that is a downside for me is that they do not do stuffed crust, and I love stuffed crust. But the one in Waynesville does, so I don’t mind the extra drive to get it there.

Just got a pretty good pizza from the new location, using an online app order to be picked up for a specific time. It was ready in the locker box on time. I guess the main issue is the dough ain’t quite what it used to be, and seemed slightly under cooked. Still pretty good and convenient enough this particular evening. I usually get pizza elsewhere, but had a curiosity about the new location. Success! We did get the pizza this time, on time, and it was good.

I’ve seen mixed reviews for this location but after being served by Alex, I wish I can give them 10 stars. Unbelievable customer service by this gentleman, unfortunately great staff like him move on to bigger and better things. Swing by and converse with Alex before another business swipes him up. Great pizza, unbelievably better service. I’ll definitely be back.

I love Little Caesar’s and was excited to try this new and improved location in Sylva – it’s a far cry from its previous location in a run-down strip. Unfortunately, it was just a disappointment. I ordered double mushrooms, green peppers, onions, extra cheese, and light sauce. I got barely any mushrooms, a regular amount of cheese that was burnt, so much sauce it was off-putting, and onions out the wazoo. Also, I tried calling twice and they wouldn’t answer the phone, so I ordered online — which means there should not have been any miscommunication. I walked in, no one greeted me, and I got my order from the pizza portal. I agree with a previous poster that the crust seemed undercooked. I ate two pieces and threw away the rest. I think maybe because the employees don’t have to communicate with the customer, there’s less accountability for quality and accuracy. I’m giving it two stars because the crazy bread was good and the order was ready on time.

Went by for a “hot & ready” pizza as advertised & was informed they had none (FALSE ADVERTISEMENT) & were not taking any in store orders. Online orders only…. The Workers were too busy socializing with each other to even care about the customers! Way to go little Caesar’s!! Keep hiring those winners!

I used to run this store about 8 years ago and from when I ran it to now is a desgrace. Pizza sauce doesn’t have the right seasoning in it. Ordered in advance and still wasn’t ready, they need to just close this one, but that’s my opinion

I have never left a bad review before. I waited 1 1/2 HOURS for a hot and ready pizza. They WERE a little backed up. Told me it would take 15 minutes. 45 minutes in, the cashier asked me what the name for my order was. I told her. Nothing yet. An hour now. She asks for my name. Nothing yet. An hour 15, same freaking story. Finally, at 1 1/2 hours, I demanded a manager. He checked each pizza behind the counter. Sure enough, there was my pizza. It had been made over an hour ago.
