Little Caesars Pizza has become a family favorite in our household. My daughter absolutely adores their classic cheese pizza, and it’s always her top choice whenever we decide to order pizza. The perfectly melted cheese over the flavorful tomato sauce is something she just can’t resist. On the other hand, my son’s taste buds light up with joy when he gets his hands on the scrumptious pepperoni pizza. The combination of zesty pepperoni and gooey cheese is a delightful treat for him.

Warning! Do not eat here! We gave them 3 chances. The first two times we only ordered a cheese pizza and they gave it away both times. The cashier actually laughed about it on one occasion and both times my husband had to wait 45 minutes for a new one. Today we ordered a pizza with toppings on half so they couldn’t give it away. However, the crust was so thin on most of the pizza that we had to scrape it off the box and one piece was not edible. It was not a thin crust pizza either. At this point it feels like they are messing up on purpose.

Don’t let the outside sign fool you. It might be new management but not new workers. Showed up to receive half of my order. Asked about the brownies we ordered, he came back with frozen brownies in a package. Frozen brownies. Got home, and had cold breadsticks and pizza that wasn’t cut. Not like I ever expect much from a pizza place in Sumter but this was ridiculous. Not to mention their lack of customer service.

I ordered a thin crust 3 meats pizza with an order of cheese sticks! I had no idea the cheese stick did not come with a marinara sauce! I bought the marinara sauce and low and behold it has mold!! Wedgefield Little Caesars will never get my money!!! Then the cashier I’m assuming is the manager catches an attitude!! Never in a million years Ive been disrespected by a cashier then I call to tell her the outcome of buying old marinara sauce and she hangs up on me!! No charge should have been charged for something that should be free!!! I will be speaking with her head manager in charge over her! VERY RUDE IMPOLITE AND DISRESPECTFUL!! HOW COULD YOU EVEN GET A JOB LIKE THAT THERE!!

Ordered online at 4:51 pm. I did arrive late, around 5:45 pm. I had to wait a line where I had to stand in the corner between the drink machines and the glass wall. When I finally got to the register they informed me that my order was never given to the kitchen. I asked if I was going to have to wait again, behind the other six people who were in front of me and she said yes. She went to the back and the another person came out and said that my order was ready. She gave me my order and I went to the car. I ordered 5 slice-n-sticks, a pan pizza, and a crazy bread. When I went to open my food, one of the slice-n-sticks, the pan pizza, and the crazy bread looked good. When I opened my other four slice-n-sticks, they were burnt to a crisp and I took them back inside. I know that I was late picking them up , but that has nothing to do with why they were overcooked and hard as a rock. It was just sitting there. The people inside of Little Caesar’s told me there wasn’t anything to they could do and that it was my fault that the pizza looked like that. When I asked for the manager, they said they couldn’t find her.

We ordered via the app, place was busy so I grabbed my pizza and dipped. Got home and one pizza (the most expensive one!) Was incorrect. I called and they said they could remake the pizza but not offer anything for my troubles and using my own gas to take it back. Not kind, not helpful. I’ll just make my own at home from now on. My homemade is better anyway.

If I could give zero stars I would. We normally use the other location in our town with great service. How ever someone else was picking up this time so I used this location. The app gave us an estimated time our order would be ready and some one was there at that time. Well they ended up having to wait an extra 30 minutes for the pizza meaning it took them over an hour to fix 3 pizzas. Also according to tracking our order wasn’t even started until after the estimated pickup time.

Was surprised to learn that our locations in Sumter only serve Pepperoni Hot N Ready Pizzas. So if you want just Cheese you have to wait 15 mins or longer if they are busy. Defeats the purpose of Hot N Ready. Not everyone eats meat on their pizza…My kids won’t. First time ever hearing this and was told they stopped doing it under the new ownership.

I’ve been to this Little Ceasars Pizza many times and have walked away satisfied with the service, but the last time I came inside I was informed there were no $5 pizzas available to purchase and was not informed when there would be more available. I took that as ” tough s#@t”. I walked away steaming and held my tongue so not to startle the other patrons and employees. The only reason I’m giving three stars and not one star is because all of the previous visits I’ve had good service. I will come back again and hopefully met by better customer service.
