I have been here 3 times recently and each time the pizza has been amazing, hot and fresh! Definitely my favorite location so far. The service was nice and quick. May 19th I placed an order I did not receive all of my food I was told I would get a refund in 7 to 10 business days every 10 business days I call for you to tell me the same thing I have not received my money for my order it has been 3 months an your just keeping my money everytime I call they say well we are just going to have to escalate it an nothing is being done I think it’s time to take legal action

Is it just this location or did everyone make the hot and ready seven dollars the only point of ever getting a hot and ready is because it was OK but it was five bucks even six. I can get much better pizza for the same price even lower than that that’s ridiculous.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Walked in to this establishment tonight they were not busy. As I walked in every employee is playing on their cellphone I placed my order the gentleman fixing pizzas put his cellphone down WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS AND PROCEEDED TO FIX MY PIZZA. I watched him put his phone down grab the pizza pan put the sauce on and take his dirty hands that he was just playing on his cellphone with and stick his hands in the cheese to fix my pizza. I immediately canceled my order asked to speak to the manager and he said he is the manager when I told him why I wanted a refund he did not open his mouth and say a word except for when I said what’s your name his response to me was “he is not allowed to give his name” but on my receipt the transaction was voided by Toby C. This is unsanitary by not washing your hands before fixing a customers food. Will never come to this establishment AGAIN!!

They do not accept gift cards, according to their system. Enjoy paying out of pocket for low quality pizza. The only reason I came was because I had a gift card, 5 gift cards to be exact. Money wasted.

This place does right by customers got a pizza that was clearly burnt (Didn’t show it to me like they usually do) got home saw it was clearly burnt cheese not good. Called them up had to drive back to get a new one that was done right. The girl who brought it to me didn’t even hand it to me just said total is so and so and have nice day I had to say is this one mine she says yes I had to reach and pick it up off the counter myself.
