Definitely one of my favorite locations! I have ordered here via mobile app several times the past couple of weeks. Pizzas and caesar wings were hot and fresh. Soft crust, melt in your mouth pizzas with freshly cooked wings. None of my orders have been wrong. Nothing undercooked. Friendly customer service. It did not matter what time of the day I ordered. I hadn’t been to Little Caesars for a few years so I decided to treat myself. I ordered the personal pizza deal with a soda using the app. When I got there my order was in a locker for DoorDash drivers. No one checked to see that it was correct or even talked to me. There was no soda sitting out anywhere so I asked the lady behind the counter if I was supposed to just take one from the refrigerator. She actually got irritated that I was speaking to her at all and just pointed at the fridge and said “yeah yeah over there” before quickly running to the back again. The “pizza” was about 2lbs of grease soaked bread with some acrid tomato sauce and flavorless cheese on top along with something that almost tasted like pepperoni. I get that Little Caesars is a budget brand, but this was just disappointing. The food was much better before AND it cost less then too. Is the bare minimum of effort really too much to ask?

I have ordered from this location several times – from small, personal orders to large, orders for my students – and I have never been disappointed in the food. The service isn’t always the best – the pickup from the kiosk works better than pulling to drive up window. I always order online then pickup and will continue to do so.

There customer service was nice. Only cause they allowed me to purchase an item in store which is only able to be bought in the app, which I hadn’t known, which cool, but the other lady who gave me the food, was a little rude and hated how the other worker allowed me to order then and there.
