Saturday 8/19/23 i went to little ceasars for 5 hot and ready pizza. The lady at the window stated it would be 10-15 minutes because they didnt have any ready. I asked if i could run to aldi’s and pick up some bottled waters and come back. She said yes thats fine. Well during the payment process her machine was giving her trouble and she asked the manager to come help. After what felt like about 3-5 minutes. I pulled up my bank statement and told her it went through and even shoeed her my bank statement with the purchase. She took my name and i went to get my waters. I can back waited for the 4 cars in front of me to go through and as I made it to the window i was informed that my 3 pepperoni, 2 cheese pizza were still not ready. There were now roughly 5 vehicles behind me so i asked the lady what shr wanted me to do. She said pull into a parking space and she’ll run it out. I watched 7 vehicles go through no problem until the line was gone. I stuck my vehicle in reverse and asked if my food was ready. They had it sitting on a shelf by the register. The women places it on the counter and ask me to pay again. I told her i already had. The receipt machine messed up so she took my name. Well long story short i was feeding 8 teenage boys and my husband was fixing to have to leave for work. I had already spent an hour waiting so i paid again. She said if it double charged to come back after Monday and they would refund me. Well i work 3 jobs to make ends meet and was not able to return until Wednesday as I was coming from greer to the gaffney store! Get here and the women still cant find the double payment so i had to leavr empty handed for her to call her boss to approve the refund. 10/10 do not recommend. She said i would have to come back a 3rd time to get my $35.70 as they couldnt put it back on my card. Never offered a pizza for the inconvince or the gas and mileage ive had to put in my vehicle to go back and forth.

Food is good when made right … sometimes my hot and ready seems not so fresh , or cut weirdly .. The last time I had little Caesar’s , I ordered a deep dish and specifically asked for no mushrooms over the phone , came to pick it up and the dude repeated it back to me . So I trusted it and went home only to open the box and see mushrooms .. had to go back and yes they made a new one and let us keep the mushroom one, which was nice cause my Fiancé had that for lunch the next day (he picked off the mushrooms) but shouldn’t have been the case cause my cheese bread was cold cause of their mistake and us having to go back and forth when it should’ve been right the first time ..

I called at noon to order 7 pizza’s and told them I would pick them up at 5:30 that evening. I got there at 5:25 and was told it would be around 10 minutes. At 5:45, I was told they were in the oven and it would be around 15 more minutes. The guy said that there had been a lot of people ordering and they were behind. Don’t it make sense to schedule the order from noon to go into the oven at an appropriate time to be ready for the promised take out time? I guess next time I will use another pizza restaurant.

People who came in after us and ordered were getting things out the door in roughly 15 minutes with SEVERAL pizzas. Us? 45!!!! We ordered 1 pizza. The crust is gross and that was suppose to be the best part, because it was stuffed with cheese. I will Not return here to this location, despite this is actually my daughter’s favorite pizza.

I wanted breadsticks but the woman said “Ain’t got none” She was short rude unfriendly, seemed like she was doing me a favor. I’m done with Little C. So tired of not getting what I paid for. Ordered a pepperoni with extra pepperoni this was awful. Very poor quality. The employees were too busy roughhousing and playing with each other. Very very disappointed.
