If I could give zero stars I would. I paid for a pizza and two orders of wings by phone they told me was an estimated wait time of ten ten. I get there at 10 and I’m informed they will not open the door by some loud rude person while other people are still in the lobby. This is the third or fourth time I have had problems with this locations service. No one can be bothered to be nice or friendly and the food sucks. I used to eat here once a week. After getting yelled at through a door while I watched them cut my food at 10 o’clock I can say for sure I’m never coming back.

I’ve bought from them 1-2 week for the past few years and their game plan is awful. Their restaurant usually has multiple waiting before 3pm in the storefront and their excuse is “we don’t keep the pizzas ready until 4”? This runs counter to your business model for cheap, readily available pizza. I understand that there’s an app to order ahead but for a 15 minute wait and a few extra dollars I could have better pizza if I’m going to do that. I think it’s time to take my money elsewhere.

Sooooo…. We ordered at 5:30PM got our pizza at 6:46PM RIDICULOUS! we ordered 5 pizzas, cheese sticks and bread sticks, said it should take about 30 to 35 min. Ok busy makes a difference and is understandable. However, chit chatting and hanging out, not knowing if your order has been started or how long it approximately has when you ask after 45 min is upsetting. It’s obvious they aren’t watching online orders. The service is terribly SLOW and not friendly.

This location is just bad. I keep making the mistake of thinking it is going to improve and just keep getting disappointed by the poor customer service and the quality of the food. I have not had one good experience from this location over numerous attempts. I have been given pizza that has been sitting long enough to soak through the bottom of the box when I placed an order. I had several orders not filled or prepared as requested even when they repeated the order back to me. The staff doesn’t seem to be overly concerned with customer service and as others have observed come off as rude. Not a good face for the Little Caesars product!

Pizza was salted to the point I couldn’t eat it. My kids and husband who usually love salted food couldn’t eat it either, we had to throw away our pizza. Have never had it before.

There was nothing “Hot and Ready” about the visit! Normally not at this location but tolerable. However this visit had a full waiting area (no way for social distancing) 20 min ride to location then 20 minutes waiting in the store with people that came in an ordered then leaving ahead of me with their order in hand! :/ good thing there’s other options close by that will be considered before placing an order again.
