I ordered a special pizza so I had to wait 10 minutes to get my pizza instead of grabbing one that was hot and ready. I like the fact that they have a drive thru so I don’t have to get out of my car. I ordered at the window, pulled into a parking spot and then went back to the window to get my pizza. The 3 meat treat is really good.

Purchased online 2 pizzas for delivery on 7/1 about 11:30am. This use to be my run to pizza place. Now wouldn’t walk backwards there! A inside picnic & movie at Grandmas house has Always been “So Cool”. Till this. Pizza order was not correct, the pizzas were wet & slimy. What was suppose to be pretzel crust was not, tasted bitter almost vinegary. There was enough grease that could have saved it & used for cooking that night. After finally finding the hidden 800 number. I was assured I would receive a complete Refund. Several days later Where Is It?? Not only was this a huge Inconvenience but also a Disappointment. One just doesn’t Mess with my Grands (4 & 8). If you want to play with the big boys then put on your Big boy paints..

I am very happy this location has opened near me. Never had a bad experience until this past Saturday. It took too long for my order to be ready. They should always have $5 pizzas ready. I waited over 30 minutes and my order still wasnt ready. I went inside to check and notice the guys in the back laughing and joking around instead of getting the pizzas out. Lobby was crowded and one lady left because they took so long. I just asked for a refund. I known it doesnt matter if i stop coming there, but if you dont find a new crew, your business will go down.

I placed my order on the app, received confirmation, then an update that it was ready. I went to the drive thru and they said it wasn’t quite ready to please pull into a parking place for a little bit and then come back through the drive through. I waited about 10 minutes and went back through no luck in getting my pizza, I was asked again to park. The third time through I was told he didn’t know what to tell me, my pizza was done but it was waiting to be cut and boxed. I didn’t move out of the drive this time until I got my pizza. It was finally given to me at 6:50, an hour after I ordered and about 40 minutes after getting my “it’s ready” email. My pizza was cold and didn’t even look like it was the extra most bestest cheese pizza. This was the worst experience I’ve had at this Little Caesars.

Plan to wait at least 20 minutes because of incompetent workers that ignore the lobby. You have to physically get their attention, and even then they act like it’s your privilege for them to serve you.
