I seriously came up here to order wings and cheese bread. My order was taken the girl said ok walked away from the window went to another screen and did something for like 5-10 mins came back and said ok you wanted what now??? Then proceeded to take my order again twice. She then asked me to pull up and said it would only be like 4 mins. 20 minutes later she comes out to my car and said you wanted the cheese bread and the oven roasted or Buffalo wings????? It is currently 6:51pm. My receipt was printed at 6:28pm which was a good 5-10 mins after I ordered the first time and my food STILL IS NOT OUT! No sorry, no reason for the delay, just they are coming I promise??? And here I sit right at 30 mins now and the guy that just walked in his ticket was for 6:15 and he still had not gotten his either. I finally went inside at 7:01 and they were getting ready to give my cheese bread to the person who has JUST pulled up to the window????? I was not a happy customer!

Stopped by today for a deep dish pizza. We were the only vehicle there so I didn’t mind waiting for them to cook it. A few minutes after waiting… 4 cars pull in. They notice and they hand me a pizza quickly… pizza was undercooked. The dough was not cooked through at all. Very heinous practices.

Good pizza, wonderful crazy bread, and great cheesy bread. Pizza needed more sauce, but had good flavor. Friendly employees. The line was a bit long, had to wait about 20 minutes for our order as no one would answer the phone so we could preorder.

Ordered online and it said it would be ready in 20 mins. I get to the store 20 mins later and they had just started it. She also locked the door behind me at 7:45 pm. Also if you go on the website it says to print out your application and bring it to the store. I did just that and was told by the nameless manager they don’t take applications in store and to do it online when I tried to tell the nameless manager that she blew me off.

If I could put a negative star, I would. I waited in line for over 10 minutes today, called inside because I had not seen anyone at the window during my wait. Someone came pretty quickly after the person on the phone told them, there was a line outside. I get to the window and ask for a lunch special(it’s noon) and am told that they only have cheese bread available and it would be 10 minutes. I have already waited that long in line, he then tells me they have a $6 pepperoni pizza available, goes to get that and comes back to the window to let me know that they don’t even have that. I ask if there is anything else availble for purchase and am told no. I drive off and called back to get a number for complaints, told I am talking to the general manager. I explain what happened, instead of an apology, I get that they did have cheese pizzas available because she is looking at them. Not sure who trained this person, but…….
