The only reason this gets more than one star, is because the food was decent. Walking in it was filthy, and I mean disgusting dirty. The floors were caked with mud and trash, every single table was dirty, not with water ring stains but actual left over food peices and sticky. The air filter was previously duct taped, I guess, to fix it but was very much just free hanging in the open. The food, now that was the only decent part, but with how dirty the inside was, we were hesitant, especially after spending 50 dollars on food. The guy at the front, Jimmy, was rude. I started my order, and after saying the second pizza, I was instantly cut off. I was told a total, and when I said I wasn’t done, he said what….., I repeated I was still ordering, he looked up at me finally and he said ok. That was enough for me to know we didn’t need to come back. The wait was 20 mins for the food, the staff was rude and hated their position, and the store was nasty. Photos do not do it justice.

This is by far the worst little caesars EVER!!! I literally just called and was greeted with a “Little Caesars Hold!”. I was on hold for about 5 minutes when I became bored and started going about my business while keeping the phone on hold until someone got back to me!!! I kept checking back about every 5 minutes and I have now been on hold for 51 minutes and counting…I have screamed in the phone and while I can still hear the employees talking and taking orders they refuse to acknowledge me!!! I have a screen shot of the amount of time I’ve been on “hold” and have already contacted corporate for the incompetence that these employees seem to suffer from!!! Just wanted to make it aware to the next customer who might make the mistake of wasting their hard earned money and or time dealing with the slackness that is Socastee Little Caesars!!! I sincerely hope the franchise owner sees this!!! Good luck….You just lost a bunch of customers!!!

My family gets pizza here once maybe twice a month. The crew working is always busy and doing what they can to make customers happy. Hopefully the store treats their employees well. I see them get swarmed with customers calling, coming in to pick up and also the drive thru and continue knocking orders out.

On May 13,2023,I walked into Socastee Little Ceasers and ordered a large pretzel crust pizza with extra cheese and a order of crazy bread, I also told them not to cut pizza due to girlfriends pork allergy. Got my order and they put pepperoni on pizza, told them it was wrong and they put a new one in the oven,well in the process of waiting they put the pizza they made wrong and crazy break they gave me in the back. I watched a employee reach in the bag of crazy bread and eat 4 sticks from bag. My second pizza came out and not only was it wrong it was also some one else’s pizza with their name being on the box. They also gave me the crazy bread that the employee ate out of that had 4 bread sticks in bag. So, I tried calling and no one answered phone, so I went down and talked with the MOD. This manager blamed everyone but himself and proceed to make pizza number 3. Pizza number three came out and it was also wrong because the MOD cut the pizza and I told him not to, he then proceeded to give me a attitude because I said it was cut and to ask me if I wanted another pizza and I told him no because he could not make the first 3 right. I would not go back and don’t understand how they are still in business with messing everyone’s order up.
